Of all places I pull into it had to be here! I am so glad I trusted my instincts as soon as I saw Dan and decided to avoid him and do some homework first. Turns out not only is he one of the rudest people I have ever had to serve at work, I happen to know a few people who have had the misfortune of buying here. In my interactions with him, he has acted like an adolescent. When he demandlying doesn't get his way when asking things we simply can not do, he thinks it's appropriate to belittle everyone in the build and tell myself and others that he have our job, or he'll meet us outside, However, apparently he can't seem to sell a car that isn't a lemon ready to break down. If you try to hold him accountable for his actions, he either screams and yells at you, or avoids your phone calls all together. Again, I am glad after seeing him I did my homework first!

I've had the non-pleasure of working with the owner, Dan, on multiple occasions in my place of work. Needless to say he is rude, acts like a 3 year old throwing tantrums when things do not go his way, threatens my coworkers and tells them to "meet him in the parking lot," mind you most of these people are very young. He won't hesitate to cuss you out the second he decides he doesn't like you. Just overall, probably one of the worst human beings I've ever encountered. I wouldn't go to his business if it was my absolute last option just based off of how I've seen him treat other people in the same profession as he is - customer service. "Dan the scratcher man" is a complete a-hole that will try to take advantage of you and your situation.

Bought a car from Direct Automotive for my 16 year old son. Before purchasing, noticed it was having an intermittent oil pressure light come on. Kim claimed she took it to a Volkswagen dealership and they replaced a factory sensor and the problem was no more. Come to find out, It was never taken to Volkswagen. "Her guy" looked at it and changed an aftermarket oil pressure sensor. Immediately the car started having oil pressure problems again. Kim was receptive at first and even had me bring the car back so "her guy" could look at it. Supposedly, he did something to correct the issue. However then it was now leaking oil...about a quart a day. Turns out "her guy" stripped the oil plug. I had that repaired at my own expense. Still the oil pressure problem persists. Responses to texts and messages started getting further and further apart until they just stopped completely. I have been ghosted by her entirely now. Today the ignition column has completely locked up and the car will not start. Completely stranding my 16 year old across town. I now have to have this POS towed to a repair shop to repair that so it can at least be started again. Having that same repair shop look into the oil pressure issues as well. I don't even want to know what that will cost. Payed $11k for an 11 year old car that I now have to pump $thousands more into, 3 months after purchasing. Do not get taken by this place. Buy from someone else.

Be prepared to spend thousands of dollars in repairs within the first few months of owning. This has amounted to $3,300. I don't expect perfection when buying a used car. However, I also don't expect to spend 41% of the purchase price within a few months of purchasing in order for the vehicle to run properly. I contacted Kim to see if they would do anything to help as it's clear that they don't properly inspect the vehicles prior to selling as these mechanical issues could have been identified by Kim and Dan prior to them putting it on the lot. I first messaged them on Facebook and was told I would receive a call the next day. They didn't call as promised so I contacted them directly. I was told by Kim that she would check with their mechanic to get a cheaper price as she believed the repairs I was quoted were over priced. I have texted her twice in the last week and she has not responded. This tells me that they don't care and they don't stand behind their transactions. This is not a reputable company to do business with. Do not purchase a vehicle from them as you will overpay and will be stuck with thousands in repairs. Don't make the mistake I did. Find a dealer that will sell you a vehicle that won't require very costly repairs within the first few months of owning.

Kim is an awesome sales lady. Very friendly and 100% honest. I would recommend anyone who's looking to buy a used automobile to go here and ask for Kim. She sold me a 2011 Kia Optima, and 2 weeks later. My fuel pump went out. Kim sent my car to her mechanic and SHE EVEN COVERED ALL COSTS!! she wasn't responsible for that, but she did it to back her vehicles 100%!

Even though things started to get just a little bit rocky during signing time, overall, everything turned out very well. Kim, I personally want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You went well beyond satisfying me and I appreciate that. I'm definitely satisfied and very happy with the SUV and love the smooth ride of it. Whoever had it took very good care of it. I have been working with Dan for years. And he has always been direct to the point and forward with me everytime. Funny that the business name is Direct Automotive...He is great to work with. Will continue to work with him and send people his way to buy a car and know that they are getting a good quality car and not some lemon that's been slick 50'd Thank you Dan for getting us in and out as well. Also if he doesn't have what your looking for he will go above and beyond to try and find it in a timely manor. Absolutely love our 2011 Honda insight. Thanks again Dan! 😊

I have had the pleasure of working with Dan, the owner on 2 occasions. The first was 3 years ago when my car died unexpectedly and I was rushed into buying another car. A situation none of us ever want to be in. I had no time to research or have any idea what I wanted. My car died one day, and the next day, I had purchased a car from Dan. He quickly sensed my anxiety about the whole process, yet was kind, understanding, patient and suggested a car that worked out perfectly for me. A great quality car at a fair price. When I needed another car just recently, Dan was the first call I made. Again, another great transaction. Dan is a true professional- knowledgeable, patient, honest and cares about creating a good relationship with his clients. That is a rare find in the used car world!

I had a great experience here. My son was looking to buy his first car. Dan is a fantastic guy to deal with. He was very responsive to messages and phone calls. There was no pressure to buy a car.
