The entire Fugate Motors staff was excellent. They were all very friendly from the sales staff to the parts department. We drove two hours to get a used truck we had seen on their website and I can say I would consider the drive the next time I buy a new truck especially if we can get Jami as a salesperson again. They don't care about their customers like they say they do. They will screw you over faster than any other dealership. I would not recommend buying anything from them. Their word and what they say on website are not true. Worst dealership in 4 state area.

Nathaniel Kauffman was so easy to work with. No pressure ever, so knowledgeable, and the extra personal touches to make our buying a new Bronco, was above and beyond. Gene made the purchasing process so smooth. They have made lifelong customers from this transaction. It isn't often the owner, Harold,, of the establishment comes and visits with you during your purchase. We have bought several cars from other places and this is the first time that has happened. Very nice dealership.

Great experience buying a car from Nathaniel last week. We bought a 2012 Ford Escape. I live about 1 1/2 hours away and it was totally worth the trip! We took a test drive, and the car was exactly as advertised. They had the paperwork ready to go and we were in and out of there in about an hour. We had the car checked out by a mechanic after bringing it home, and all is good.

Staff was very friendly. I live over 200 miles away and the sales rep I worked with went above and beyond to answer my questions and sent me additional pics of the vehicle I was interested in before I made the trip. Even going so far as fixing a minor area of damage before I even committed to buying the vehicle. The price of the vehicle was fair and they gave me a fair trade-in for my old vehicle.
