Reviews about CVS - 10

Don't get your prescriptions sent here unless you want them on hold for weeks at a time. I've been told my doctor sent over the wrong prescription, that insurance doesn't cover it anymore (a very basic generic med) and that I can no longer get it filled due to interactions when there has been zero change in my medication list (all separate calls to CVS). I called today and I asked what more I can do because I'm experiencing withdrawals. Apparently, they just needed to know I wanted the medication to be filled. I'm pretty sure me calling asking why i can't get my medication filled would mean I do want to continue the medication I've been taking. Weeks of wasted time calling CVS, insurance and doctors and experiencing withdrawals with no explanation and no apology.

It's a nice carpeted store. They have items that other stores don't. They don't have wheelchairs or scooters available. It's weird sometimes when an employee says hi to you as you enter the store to your left and you can't see them, because they're crouched down stocking shelves. Employees are nice and helpful. Got annoyed once one long line 7 people ahead of me and three behind. The female cashier didn't call for backup and thought that was o.k. When I mentioned it to her she laughed and said she saw longer lines at her former job; twenty people in line.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. They would get the same prescription wrong every single month. I had to use CVS at the time for insurance reasons. Please don’t support this CVS.

This place is hands down the worse place to have any prescription filled. The way they talk to you and look at you when picking up certain items verses the way they do when you pick up something they see as "normal" or justified, is just so wrong.

Wife newly prescribed insulin. CVS Pharmacist refused to provide her insulin syringes but gave her the vial of insulin. We're living in a world where nothing makes any sense at all because of people like this.

One bad employee can ruin the customer experience for the entire chain. The gentleman in front of me became tired of waiting for any employee to show up at the register, left his items on the counter and left. I began to scan the store for CVS employees to no avail. After a solid 5 minutes, I saw a man slowly sauntering towards the front of the store. He was clearly in no hurry. Instead of approaching the register where I was patiently waiting to exchange money for toothpaste, the employee (with no name tag) without looking at me nor saying anything simply motioned his hand for me to come to the register at the end of the counter. This was the worst customer experience I've had at a CVS.

Once again Pharmacy staff are completely rude and unable to provide customer service on any level. I will never be back to CVS! Never!!!

Pharmacy manager Adam is a complete a hole. Zero customer service skills, offers no advice, answers zero questions. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I have been getting my prescriptions at CVS for quite some time, Missouri and Texas. I have used the new CVS on 1st Capitol since it opened. The location works perfect for me. My experiences have all been positive. I have no complaints with the pharmacy. They have always been helpful, courteous and filled my prescriptions pretty quickly more often than not.

Worst pharmacy ever. I will never shop at a CVS again. They'll never be as good as Walgreens.
