Once again, very disappointed. Got the chicken strips meal. The strips are very very thin and besidea not a lot of meat, very tough to chew. The sign said meal included Texas toast and an onion ring and I got neither.DO NOT EAT HERE! Never again will I.

Worst milkshake I've ever had. Also, the chicken bits were greesy and uncooked. When I asked the older woman behind the counter about the milk shake,. I was told,. "that's how we make it". Thx, I won't be back.

I don't like the "food" here but do love a good Blizzard. Wish they would being back the french silk. It's hit or miss on how well your blizzard is blended but all in all this location does ok. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Response: The Blizzard was fine! Great even. No worries. I simply mean I'm not a fan of the burgers, chicken strips and that kind of stuff from Dairy Queen, not just this location, Dairy Queen in general. I will definitely be back for a Blizzard, without a doubt!!!

Only got my daughter's ice cream cake here and the owner it must have been. Was there and she helped us out immensely with the decorations on the cake and just totally personalizing it for my daughter. We didn't order it online or anything. We want our daughter to be able to pick it out and they helped out so much with it. It was amazing just to see how much customer service they had. Where it feels like usually you don't get that kind of service. These guys went above and Way Beyond.

I work in this mall and have up until today frequented this Dairy Queen. Today Saturday July 11th I placed an order for a strawberry cheese cake blizzard. I order this item all the time and I know how it is supposed to taste and look. Well I walked away with a 7 dollar cup of vanilla icecream. Obviously the girls who made my order had no idea what she was doing . After deciding that I did not want to pay 7 dollars for a incorrect order I walked back and explained my issue. This is when the real fun began. Neither of the 2 employees even knew how to make this item and it was incredibly apparent to me that I was not going to recieve anything even close to my correct order.. This was a 7 dollar lesson that taught me whomever is in charge of this location simply could care less about the quality of what they are serving and for a very high price might I add. Furthermore as I cut hair in this mall and constantly and being asked if there is anywhere decent to get snacks here I will be sure to steer anyone I meet away from this completly incompetent circus Thanks for charging me for a product you cany even get right. Pathetic.

Awful service. I tried to order using a deal through the app the manager then ripped my phone from my hands and said did you choose this location very rudely. I said yes. She was very mad and then tried to charge me normal price for the item. I said I had the coupon and she said since I wanted Oreos in my mini blizzard it would cost extra it cost 3 dollars instead of 1.50. I agreed to pay the 3 dollars and she didn't even add the Oreos in my blizzard. Save your money the service here is awful.

Lady was completely rude she opened up and said her machines weren't ready to serve fries or grill. I came back and she was still leaning on the counter doing nothing and still said she can't serve us food. She was very snooty about it and the whole time she was talking she was full on leaning on the counter
