6:02 pm on a Sunday and was told they "cant" do any shakes or smoothies??? Okay, McDonalds. Not only that but Angela was super rude. I wonder how she has a job. Your 2.8 rating does not surprise me. Don't go here yall. Hit up dairy queen instead.

I've been here multiple times, this experience was by far the #1 on the list. Huge shout out to Happy for taking care of my mother and myself! Give the girl a raise! Thanks for making this experience the best we have had yet!

I ordered a graduation themed ice cream cake four days before graduation. The staff at Baskin, Cottonwood location were so helpful. I believe the cake decorators name is Lauren and they did an amazing job. I bought the 9" round. It served 12 guests and we had cake leftover. Amazing service, great quality and affordable. Highly recommend.

It is 8:23 pm and Baskin Robbins is supposed to be open until 9:00 pm. Went inside and waited for over 5 minutes for service. Nothing. But wait, look who is sitting outside at a table, the employees, who were supposed to be inside helping customers. We got in the car and left, the employees said nothing to us and let us leave. No stars would have been a generious review.

It was the worst. My first time and I ordered a hot fudge sundae and the girl behind the counter says the hot fudge is not melted. What the hell. I will never return!!!!!

Wanted to thank Lauren (cake decorator) for doing such and amazing job on my son's birthday cake! Not only did she do an amazing job, she called me on her day off to get details on how she could make the cake personalized for his special day. I highly recommend their yummy cakes! Wish I could post a photo of the cake!

-5 stars. Absolutely trash. Worst service I've ever received at any retailer ever. 30 minutes to make two milkshakes with nobody in front of us. Staff was argumentative, confronted, and aggressive. Started making passive aggressive comments about myself to other employees in front of myself. Then other blue haired employee started doing the same thing. Arguing instead of doing their jobs. I would be beyond ashamed of my business if my employees ever treated a customer this way. I'M NEVER GOING BACK THERE, I hope no one is ever treated like that again. Certainly they will close soon treating customers like that.

2 times I came here without service. First they close at 6 pm... not 9pm. 2nd time, we walked in.... no one helped us, noticed us, or anything. They only worked on drive thru orders. I just wanted a cappuccino blast, something I get once in a blue moon! I get needing employees! But don't offer walk in service if your not set up staff wise!!!

Well went thru drive thru as we had never tried the Cottonwood Az. First could not locate the flavors on the menu so opted for something simple. My girl friend and I ordered 2 chocolate shakes. Paid for them (which I felt were too high) but figured I got to try them. So while waiting window opened 2 more time and told to pay again. Told them we already paid and after a few minutes the girl decided she believed me (what if she hadn't?). Received our shakes and pulled out. I can honestly say that was the worst shake I ever had. It was about the consistency of tomato soup and there was some sort of grit in it. I wanted to get our money back but had to get back to work. So drank it anyways and it wasn't even cold and within minutes my stomach turned and barely got to a restroom and showed all the symptoms of food poisoning and had to leave work losing out on half a days pay. I hate to think this is how they operate but the only way I would ever try them again they would have to finance it. Until then I would now recommend eating anything from there. I would not have given a1 start rating but that's as low as it goes.
