15% Mandatory cleaning fee and minimum food/drink requirements are unbelievable. The place just opened back up after COVID shutdowns, and rooms felt dusty. Stained, dirty pillows on worn-out couches, as well as an ancient music system, not only difficult to navigate but also lacked new songs. The interior is cheap, and the price is insane. There are no paper towels or blow dryers in the men’s bathroom! Also, the milk tea that we’ve ordered tasted like plastic.

It was Closed, and i paid for a lyft to get there after googling open karaoke near me from my hotel in Milpitas. Should have made changes to promotional media and phone answering machines to reflect the current hours of operation, and let possible new patrons know what to expect.

This place is over priced specially when consider what you get. On top of the mandatory hour, you need to pay a 15% cleaning fee and buy $12 dollars worth of food/drink. The mic ran out of batteries while we were in the room and there was an annoying buzz from the speakers. The music selection was ok, but a lot of the older songs didn't have any singing, just beat. Also the bathroom didn't have anyway for you to dry your hands. Eeww

I always like coming here for karaoke since the interior has always been very fun and bright. Great to come here for a fun night out.

Worst service ever. My friends and I made an appointment at 3:00pm one day before. But this place was closed until 4:00pm. We have to wait outside for one hour, without receiving any apology. In addition, the music library is quite limited.

The place is a bright pink hello kitty room, you'd think you went into a cheap corner in the middle of red light district. They charge a lot more than what they say they will, 15% cleaning fee and 6 dollar food requirement. The microphone always runs out of sound in the middle of a song, there's no selection for English songs, and the music background sucks.

Place is clean and modern. Music list is ok. Several songs stopped in the middle for no clear reason. We tried restarting the songs, but problem persists.
