This was my very first visit to Massage Envy, so I was a bit nervous and wasn't sure what to expect. Wendy had a very pleasant disposition, and she was patient with me, as I tend to ask a lot of questions, which she answered with ease and a smiling face. Wendy showed a lot of attention to my stressful areas and really made the whole experience relaxing, which put me at ease. I even fell asleep because I was just so relaxed 😴. I left feeling very refreshed and renewed! Wendy did a wonderful job. I signed up for a new membership and will be back monthly for appointments with Wendy. Thanks Wendy!

Had a great 1st experience at Massage Envy in Milpitas! Needed treatment for a very stiff and sore neck/shoulder situation. Shirley knew just what to do and within 24 hours I was good as new. Had much more mobility in moving my neck and felt so much better.

Shirley gives an amazing massage. You can tell she is very experienced and has been doing this for awhile. She uses a lot of different techniques and will stretch out my shoulders and upper body for me. Getting massages win massages with Shirley every 2 to 4 weeks since last summer has really reduced my pain and I now only have to go in about once a month or every other month. Give this therapist a raise!

The first time I came was for a massage and it was a good experience. I had Christine as my therapist and she was great! The front desk staff was really welcoming and the manager Emma couldn’t have been nicer. I also came back for a facial done by Taylor and it was more than amazing, she knows what to do and it very professional! Overall, these were great experiences that definitely outlined the best possible way a massage place could be, while making the experience pleasant and stress free.

I had an incredible first massage at this location with Shirley! She was very attentive to my needs and checked in with me to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the session. She delivered consistently deep pressure and seemed to find all of the spots where I needed relief the most. I really enjoyed the hot towels, that really elevated the experience! I was uncertain if the aromatherapy upgrade was worth an extra $10 but it definitely was. I was pleasantly surprised that I got to take the rest of the mix with me. I signed up for a membership and I can’t wait to go back!
