I can't begin to say how disappointing this experience was. I arrived early poured a tea to sit and relax and then the facialist came out abruptly and said, "we're going to begin early so we can finish early." She seemed very stressed and rushed. Once in the room I noticed her 3 inch nails as her manner continued to be assertive she spoke so loudly I had to ask her, "please lower your voice." She returned with a look to kill as she did not reply but just stared me down. My relaxed mood was gone replaced with dread. On top of everything she spent several minutes texting during the service. I actually had to remove the eye covering to look at what she was doing because I was just lying there waiting, yes she was texting. Half the service she did not have hands on and could not do proper massage due to her long nails. This women is not a person who should be in the customer service industry. As an esthetician and massage therapist myself I know proper etiquette, attire, attitude so when I pay I expect to receive a service by a provider that not only takes all of these things into account but enjoys and likes their job. I should have walked out when I saw those nails or when her bad vibes permeated the room. I would have left happier and more relaxed ! The front desk staff was phenomenal fantastic the best staff I've ever encountered in a Massage Envy. The two stars are for them for an overall experience rating. Service was Sunday Oct. 30, Glendora

Great customer service, very clean waiting area and rooms. Water, tea and mints available. I haven't found my perfect match masseuse just yet but they've all done well. Restrooms are clean.

I've really enjoyed my membership. Took a few tries to find the right therapist for me but once I did I was hooked. The spa music can be a bit distracting as it doesn't transition smoothly but I wonder if it's for timing since I've noticed this at other locations. Also wish some of the rooms were a little bigger. I feel bad for my therapist having to squeeze between the table and the wall at times.

Decent massage, therapist was knowledgeable, and focused on problem areas. But the girls in the front are dumb as rocks. They couldn’t spell my name to save their lives, I even corrected them, and still was a mistake. I had a gift card and a coupon that was soon to expire so that was the point of using it.... the girl at the front charged my GC the total and handed me back the coupon and said she charged my card instead... clearly that’s not what I wanted and she wasn’t able to fix the problem, and there was no manager present to fix it, and the next ding bat to help wasn’t any better, I had $100 and they charged me $70, and then gave me a receipt with a $10 balance 🤦🏻♀️ F this location. I’ve been to a lot and never dealt with such stupidity.

I've had my membership at Massage Envy for over 2 years and I absolutely love the Glendora location. I would highly recommend Elyse for massage, she really listens to what you want during your session. The overall staff has been very accommodating to my schedule, specifically to the times in which I've needed to cancel last minute due to personal emergencies. Love this self-care treat for myself and would recommend this location to anyone.

Finally found a time to go back and use up some hours my son's account had accumulated (that had been paid for)... scheduled 1.5 hours for him and 1.5 for myself only to find as we get there his therapist had a family emergency. I understand family emergencies and all, but there should be something in place for just this reason...have a back up therapist on site to cover appointments people show for. Why not have someone on the reception desk be a certified therapist that can be pulled from the desk when there's an emergency and someone has to leave. Not the first disappointment from this place...but sadly your locked in...I'd like to give 0 🌟

I bought a 3-pack back in August and I called today to schedule an appt and they told me it had expired. I payed over $200 and was only able to use it once since I have a very busy schedule. It would have been nice if someone had called me to tell me that it was about to expire. I'm very disappointed. I will definitely never go back to them.
