Love the Chicken... Not the staff! I've always loved getting Ernie's chicken but today when I went in. Cashier Donovan overcharged me for a soda that was $1.15. I was charged $1.79 plus tax so over 50 cents. He didn't bother to go check the price tag, he just asked his other clueless employee who also didn't know. By the time the transaction was over and they knew the right price it was too late. They didn't even bother trying to give me the difference back in change instead I just got a "sorry". I'll come back for chicken after the customer service picks back up.

We saw the billboard “best chicken strips in the USA.” Well I haven’t tasted them all for an accurate comparison but Ernie’s are fantastic. Crispy and juicy and delicious. The staff were really friendly and helpful. And remember staff...if you get burnt cooking the strips, mustard is an amazing poultice.

This is a review of Ernie's Too, not the Chevron that shares the same space. First off, I've seen the billboards that claim that these are the "best chicken tenders" yeah right! I've had chicken tenders in Miami all the way to Seattle and almost every place in between... No way they have the best. Boy was I wrong!! The chicken tenders here are second to none! I'm not exaggerating. Big plump pieces of all white meat chicken, battered in a fantastically light and flavourful seasoning and expertly fried so that the chicken remains juicy! I'm seriously thinking about getting hired on here just so I can learn the secrets of Ernie's chicken tenders! Forget the 11 secret herbs and spices at KFC... They can keep thier secrets! I just want Ernie's recipe!!!

I've been traveling around the US for two months now, and have been through 30 sates. Never had issues with getting cash out when needed, my entire time on the road. Until here. I tried to get $60 out of their atm for laundry food and water. After minutes of processing and not going through, the transaction was canceled by the store clerk. And I just got quarters with $4 dollars I had, so I could do laundry. I got the quarters did my laundry, and slept in my car at a Maverick just north of Hurricane. Im in the area for Zion Park and when I got to the park the next morning, I needed to check my account. I noticed a $60 charge on my card. So I left the park and went back to Ernies and tried to resolve the issue. The clerks were helpful at first, but then one lady got hostile and told me to not raise my voice when I ask about talking to the manager. I wasn't yelling, or loud. I was upset about the situation, yes, but was by no means taking it out on the store clerks. They tried making it seem like I was the problem. Even calling the police, they pulled up next to me, while I was on the phone with my bank. Gee I wonder why a cop just pulls up at that perfect moment, in such a small town too. I don't mess around with my money so I had my bank file a complaint on the ATM machine, which they gladly did. I didnt walk out of Ernies store with that $60, so where did it go. I think the night shift clerk let the transaction go instead of canceling it, didnt say anything, and took it for himself. Im never stopping in Hurricane, UT again.

So this is really bothering me.....I went here the other day and their cashier, ( I think assistant manager also) I think her name is Tonya, Tosha something like that, Anyhow all I heard was her bashing some other employee and the manager to the rest of the customers that were in the store. I mean seriously!?! Saying she was going to take over the store and how she was going to see to it that this other employee was going to get fired! (I think her name was Erica??? Totally unprofessional and flat out rude! I will never go there again!

I don't know where to start😂😂 ..my daughter said hey mom have you ever had .Ernies chicken? ..my reply ..nope!! So I tried it ..Omg I absolutely love this place 😍😘..been eating here alot..(hurricane) that is😀 hands down better then KFC...
