Friendly and helpful! Had a bad battery and they were able to get it swapped out no issue and checked my alternator as well for free. Always helpful and friendly people at this location.

We are of out town and our battery died. The 2 people inside were no help and were a-holes. Just stared at my husband when he came in for help and acted like he was disturbing them. Didn't even have sufficient tools on hand to help. Should have gone to auto zone across the street.

Shopped here for years, spent thousands in this store. Never had an issue, the newer staff in the store does not treat people with respect. Luckily there's a Napa and AutoZone close by that have better service.

I have to say Jason, the Asst. Mgr is Amazing!! Not only did he listen to what I was telling him that I wanted and got me the best match. He also changed out the headlight bulbs for me. Pretty dang quick like too! This is definitely the type of employee and store I want to give my business to.

I had a really helpful guy at the counter that made sure I got every discount possible. They helped me make sure that I had all the right tools and parts for the job. I got a good return on the core I brought back. The prices seem to be competitive with all the other auto parts stores around.

I went in for some codes to be read on my vacation and to pick up some parts and tools. Steven was one of the NICEST and most helpful people I have ever met in my entire life. I asked so many questions and had him help me find so many parts and tools that I originally came in for. He was so enthusiastic to help me and made me feel so welcome. I’ve never had a better experience in my life at ANY other business. Steve is very knowledgeable and went the extra 5 miles to make sure I got everything squared away. He treated me as if we were family. If you’re ever needing anything auto, go in and ask for Steve. Seriously can’t believe how cool and kind that guy was. He really made my day, let alone my week. Thank you oriellys Hurricane and Steven! Can’t go wrong. Will most def be back if I’m ever in the area

This is by far the best O’Reilly’s I’ve ever been to and it’s all because of Steven!!!! He saved my friend and I today. He went above and beyond for us without hesitation. He knew all of his stuff and even helped us repair our tire. I can’t say enough good things about him. Honestly, I thought he was the manager because of the way he treated us. This man needs a raise!!!!! Steven, if you are reading this, thank you for everything!!!!!

I understand it takes time to help people in an auto part store. i went into this store to get a part. there was a line and three people working. on women as talking about her home life with someone for the whole time the other women was busting her but helping people, after 10 minuets standing inline i got to the counter and Steve helped me it took him 20 minuets of explaining what could be wrong with my car and that the battery could be the problem. i told him i just needed a alternator. then it took him find and pull a alternator for me, i will never use this store again

Rudest staff I've ever encountered at an auto parts store. No one else was in the store, but when I asked if they had what I needed they pointed to an aisle and said "If we have it it's down there, good luck with that." Well, good luck getting my business ever again. Spare yourself, and go to Tinks. Way better service, more selection, more knowledgeable, and cheaper. Never again O'Reilly. ✌️
