Disappointed that five minutes from arriving that I was called to have my 90 minute changed to a 60 minute massage. I was coming from 1/2 hour away. Had I had earlier notice I might have been able to reschedule with another at a different time or location for the 90 minute that I preferred.

Alex was AMAZING! I told him where to focus on and he did just that. I walked out with a so much less tension in my upper back. Definitely recommend him! Will be coming back when I’m in Santa Rosa/Cotati.

Very poor service. That's why I canceled my membership with them. I canceled my membership and I supposed to not get charged for June. But when I checked my account here it is. They charged me for the membership again . I called the store and the front desk person told me I am still a member. And she was not helpful at all.. she said my manager has to take care of that issue and she will do it when she can...... Really???? U are charging me wrong and then telling me u will take care of it whenever u can? Is this is the way they should run their bussiness? This is the worse customer service i have ever experienced calling corporate office is never help cz they never pick up the phone or never call back. They are horrible company with worse customer service ever. I strongly Do not recommend them.
