The staff were very helpful and professional with my buddies battery. Patrick is a stellar employee and was above and beyond helpful installing my friends battery. He ensured to open him a store credit account as well as make sure he recieved his military discount. My friend has made it very clear he will be returning for his automotive needs in the future.

The only part store in Onslow County that never seems to have up to date records for their customer's warranty information. I'll spend the extra 15 minutes to buy all of my parts from Auto Zone than deal with these clowns anymore.

Went to advance auto parts to buy a quart of oil, while there I was looking at the gas cans marked $23.99. I asked the sales person if he would match a competers price of $20 and he said yes. I also asked if a particular gas can spout would work on my existing gas can and he said yes.first of all advance did not have a basic quart of oil I needed in stock, he overcharged me .99 for the gas can and the gas can spout was not the correct one for my gas can. Thanks alot advance auto parts. Let's try to be more customer friendly if I decide to shop with you again.

Every time I come to this store, they are extremely helpful. I purchased a new battery today, they tested it and even installed the new one for me, free of charge. The team at this store are always on their A game will give you 100 percent of their attention until your situation is resolved.

Had the best customer service from this place today!! I came into the store with my young kiddos to replace my dead car battery and the gentlemen behind the counter were awesome! They were so sweet to my kids and helped keep them entertained while I completed my purchase! Made the potentially stressful experience totally painless!! Plus, my kids had a blast and asked so many questions about auto mechanics. The technician was also patient and thorough with my battery installation. Happy Mama here! Thanks a bunch!
