Very helpful crew. I visit every year to purchase a short term telephone plan during my visits to the USA. Always very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm out of there in 10 minutes with a working USA telephone chip and a mobile wifi thingy. Always a pleasure, I'm back online 12 hours after landing.

Horrible experience all around. They lied to me about how much my old phone was worth so I would buy a more expensive one. I had the old phone with me but it wouldn’t update the new phone in the store so I did it at home. I didn’t find out they lied until I came back to turn in the old phone. Plus they signed me up for insurance on the new phone after I told them I didn’t want it. Definitely go to a different store. This one is terrible.

Horrible horrible Experience! Poor customer service yesterday to pay a bill there were 2 sales rep and the supervisor name Jonathan. First of all I was not acknowledged by none. Jonathan was the one that took care of me he looked annoyed and bother when I said I needed to pay my bill. He promptly asked me for my phone number and proceeded to ask for my ID. Not friendly at all!!! Right after I asked him how much would I need to pay to upgrade my phone he said you owe $33 and then you could upgrade i proceeded to pay the amount due. Right after I paid it he said we do not take cash for taxes on upgraded and I asked what did he mean since I had already made 2 transactions in cash. He reply it’s the company policy I said am confused. I called At&T customer service and they said there is not policy that indicate they cannot take cash. I promptly asked him for the Store he acted like he didn’t know and gave me the address I reply I need the store location not the address he got annoyed and let me talking by myself then I asked who was the supervisor he said me then I asked who was the store manager he reply Luis I said may I speak to him he said am the one in charge he’s not here. At that point I felt discriminated and embarresed by the way I was treated at that location. I would never never visit that store. Worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Brendan m was AMAZING!! I have spent over 3 days and 10 hours in person and on the phone at 3 att stores and on the phone with att and LG and everyone just kept sending me too someone else. Brendan refused to give up and finally eliminated my phone issue. He is my HERO!!!

To my understanding, replacing a sim card is free, I was even told by a Tampa at&t worker that they would not charge me any money, but when I received the new sim card, a worker told me that he is suppossed to charge me 5 dollars but I could make a donation and he would not charge me. I have gotten sims replaced before and its free, but this time this employee decided I HAD to pay for it. I am very insulted, not for the amount of money, but for the mere fact that he wanted me to make the donation so he could raise his store numbers.

The store employee was unable to tell me about FirstNet. I am a Neurosurgery Physician Assistant at St Joseph's Hospital in Tampa. He gave me a number *243 (I think). When I called their and waited for someone to talk she said I should not be given this number as it is a number for AT&T employees to call, not customers. Then I was transferred to a "customer service line", who was also unable to help me. What a WASTE OF TIME!!

Terrible experience. Waited almost two hours for to be helped and then was provided lousy service. The store manager, Jose Rivera, said it was not possible to transfer an AT&T prepaid phone number to an AT&T wireless plan. When I saw on the AT&T website that it could be done, I called back and Jose said only the corporate store could do it. Not only did he not tell me this during my initial visit, but it is also not true. I spoke to the corporate store and they said any authorized retailer can make this switch in apparently 5 minutes, but some retailers choose not do it because it doesn’t benefit them. I upgraded my AT&T plan during my initial visit with Jose (so he was being paid), but he selfishly refused to spend an extra 5 minutes to help me. I called another authorized retailer and he confirmed that his store is able to make the switch. There are a ton of AT&T stores out there, I highly recommend you chose a different location where you can receive honest and timely service.

Best customer service! The staff was completely attentive to their customers. One lady even brought my son crayons and paper, while Isaac help me get the best deal on my son's phone. I appreciate all 3 of you, for making this shopping trip enjoyable for my 5yr old and I. I've been with AT&T since 2008 or so, been to so many stores. They were good, but you guys are great.

I was having an issue with Asurion's new screen replacement service. I went into this store because it is close to my house. Jose called their customer service and stayed on the phone with them for 45 minutes getting my issue fixed. He was determined to make sure things were made right for me. This was above and beyond his duties. Was friendly and genuinely wanted to help me out. Awesome experience. Great customer service experience!
