Bill was awesome, truly looks out for the customer and is very good at explaining and finding the needs and wants from you. Great store very spacious. As soon as I walked in I was being helped. I couldn’t remember some of my passwords and information and Bill was great helping me get through all of it. I will absolutely make the drive from St. Petersburg to this store if I need help again.

He assisted myself and daughter on Christmas Eve with no hesitation even though my phone was taking an extremely long time to back up. He guided me on the next steps and even assisted me after I left the store with such courtesy and sincerity. ATT is very fortunate to have such an exemplary employee and Alex deserves a raise! Javi was the best! We spent 4-days trying to work with Verizon in the store and on the phone with such a high level of frustration. No one could help us simply replace a phone that was no longer working. We wanted to give them money and no one cared much less were capable of fixing the problem. Next we tried the Apple store in person to use our business account. Amazingly, not a single person capable of working with a business account was working that day — even on the phone. Again, tried to give them money and no one knew anything. Finally, we went into the AT&T store for help. Javi was patient, kind, and fixed every single issue. He was incredibly knowledgeable. I switched ALL of our employees business accounts to AT&T on the spot. We bought a new company phone and accessories with setup help. Javi deserves a bonus, raise, and a promotion.
