10 Best cell phone store in Tampa, Florida (FL) 2024

Today was my first day off work in along time so I decided to go to at&t to upgrade my phone once I walked through the doors I was quickly greeted by a sales rep name will. He was so helpful and honest I like the fact the he took me to the best phones and explained them to me I always had a belief that sales reps are there to just try and make a sale and not really care about the customer. For the first time will made me feel and think differently. I did get a phone not gonna say what I got but it wasn't a flip phone even though I thought about it.😄 But back to will he was a great help and made me feel comfortable getting a phone for the first time. If at&t had more wills o think they would be untouchable. Thank u will. ~Adrian

Bill was awesome, truly looks out for the customer and is very good at explaining and finding the needs and wants from you. Great store very spacious. As soon as I walked in I was being helped. I couldn’t remember some of my passwords and information and Bill was great helping me get through all of it. Last week I upgraded my iPhone at a different AT&T store, which turned out to be essentially a defective device. This AT&T location was more convenient for me to pop in to, and I'm so glad it was because the entire staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and fun to be around as they assisted me in fixing the issue. Ryan was a phenomenal help the entire time and had my phone problems taken care of as soon as possible. Definitely will return to this location when needed!! ~Lily

The representative Johnny was extremely helpful. He actually didn't have the model that was recommended to me under the plan I was seeking, but he helped me find something to fit the plan that I currently had with not much more to pay on it. It was very affordable for me and I have a good phone now. ~Charles

Very helpful crew. I visit every year to purchase a short term telephone plan during my visits to the USA. Always very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm out of there in 10 minutes with a working USA telephone chip and a mobile wifi thingy. Always a pleasure, I'm back online 12 hours after landing. ~William

Called in to see how much phone bill was and he said I was rude and hung up not knowing I was 5 minutes away. Went in and asked if he answers the phone and explained what happened. He answered "maybe". Paid my daughter's bill and ask for store number, he pointed to address. ~Daisha

Worse place ever if I can give. 0 star I would my son got a phone frOm there he's a new customer a week later he's phone got messed up don't want to charge or nothing and they can't help him or do nothing about it like seriously I shouldoff told my son to go to metro PCs now my son has a messed up phone that's on and can't use it and bill still going to be sent ...smh!!! ~Denise

Andre is the best! He had the issue with my laptop diagnosed within 30 minutes and had it fixed within an hour of drop off! He is really good at what he does and is highly recommended. ~Peter

I tried to get my phone fixed from this place the first time I went there and I told it can be fixed and that the screen will have to be ordered and then the phone can get fixed. The second time I spoke to someone from there about getting the screen fixed, I was told that the model of phone was an older model and I would have to go online and order the screen myself and told me that he probably couldn't even fix it or charge me more to fix it. I also asked him about going ahead and getting a new phone and putting my sim card in a new phone, I told him that my phone service was H2O Wireless through AT&T, he then said he didn't carry H2O Wireless, which is definitely not true, I've paid my phone bill at this place numerous times with H2O Wireless service. The whole time when i was talking to him about this whole situation he was playing dumb. The only thing he helped me with was recommend me to a couple of other places that could've probably helped me better. I went to one of the places he told me to go to and they had the screen for my phone and fixed it on the spot with no problems at all. I will never go to this place again. a customer and business is lost. Anybody else that goes to this place, please be careful and hopefully you will not get the run around like I did. ~Martez
