I tried to get my phone fixed from this place the first time I went there and I told it can be fixed and that the screen will have to be ordered and then the phone can get fixed. The second time I spoke to someone from there about getting the screen fixed, I was told that the model of phone was an older model and I would have to go online and order the screen myself and told me that he probably couldn't even fix it or charge me more to fix it. I also asked him about going ahead and getting a new phone and putting my sim card in a new phone, I told him that my phone service was H2O Wireless through AT&T, he then said he didn't carry H2O Wireless, which is definitely not true, I've paid my phone bill at this place numerous times with H2O Wireless service. The whole time when i was talking to him about this whole situation he was playing dumb. The only thing he helped me with was recommend me to a couple of other places that could've probably helped me better. I went to one of the places he told me to go to and they had the screen for my phone and fixed it on the spot with no problems at all. I will never go to this place again. a customer and business is lost. Anybody else that goes to this place, please be careful and hopefully you will not get the run around like I did.

definitely worth the five stars! It was 5:55 PM when my phone went down, and I called a dozen other places that didn’t have a tech on site, and or were closed, so Cell City 813 was the last hope of the night, and I was in at Pete, I don’t know how I made it in the nick of time! I’m very pleased wit their professionalism, and sense of urgency to fix the phone I’m overwhelmed with joy, thanks guys you did a great job, see you next time around if I need anymore repairs!

Joke of a company. Bought a phone from these guys and ended up getting scammed. Phone is rendered useless and is locked from use. Do not buy from these clowns. The owner is a clown. Avoid doing business with these frauds.

I've been coming to sell 813 for over 7 years now I have never had an issue about getting a phone now there have people that work here that don't even speak English correctly and they don't even have somebody else that does speak English here to provide for her I'm standing here literally would have paid phone in my hand already from them and having to wait over 20 minutes for the man to get here to help me transfer everything over to my old phone to my new phone. I highly recommend going somewhere else next time I will not be doing business with them no longer I recommend everyone else in the Tampa Bay area to look elsewhere..

Was refeered to them and when I went looking for a new iPhone 6 replacement. Not only did they have dozens of great quality phones they had amazing prices that didn't break the bank like other places in the area.. they were fast friendly and helpful.. I'll be back for a Apple Watch next

Cell City 813 has the best customer service.from the boss to the entire staff I am very impressed with how awesome they were. They are more concerned about the customer being happy than getting their money unlike most phone companies. The entire staff was amazing and I am more than satisfied. I will definitely be recommend them to everyone. They have all the newest phones and their prices are very reasonable I will definitely be back!!! Thank you everyone at Cell City 813!!!!

I absolutely love this store. The owner is the friendliest guy ever. So is the lady who works there. Their service is incredible. Anytime someone comes up with any issues with their phones, they solve it instantly but if there's a little waiting time involved. Get assured that you will receive free gifts from the owner. I will always choose this place over any other cell phone store in the Tampa Bay Area

Went to a couple of stores in tampa looking to buy a note 4. Everyone was trying to charge me 400+ until i came here. They gave me an unlocked note 4, case, tempered glass screen protector, and a charger for only 299$!!! Awesome deal guys!!! I love my new phone.
