I went to metro and one of the girls' service there her name is Dianne she's one of the best service that I ever saw and help me so much that I went to another store looking for her and they gave me the address that she was and follow her like another half hour driving looking for her and found her and she's one of the best service I recommend everyone to come and see her because she'll help you with anything and I'm bringing everybody that I know just to for her to help them and she's one of the best in metro

I went to turn my service back on after getting a free 3 months plan with another service MINT that was so bad I only had it Two Weeks! The ladies in the store really scammed me. I got a new phone for Christmas and they kept trying to say that it could be locked and if I paid to turn it on and it was locked I wouldn't get my money back $101.00 or I could get a free cheaper phone and switch mine back after 30 days. This was a lie! I have to keep this phone for 180 days. My bill is super high with things I didn't ask for. I used to like metropcs but as soon as I can I'm switching to another carrier. I turned on my original phone and found that they had sent the contract for this bogus new plan and some other security and protection plan that costs an additional $10.00 a month and a bunch of other texts with things I never asked for. Have you ever heard of a contract from metropcs? I never have! My monthly bill is is$70.00! Why didn't they send all this stuff to this phone? Don't go to this Metropcs.

Let's start saying over AWESOME service, I have been a customer with metropcs for 10 years. I have seen and visited different locations throughout this period. This location made a difference in services and purchases I did for me and for my family. The material is the same everywhere but people is what makes the difference. I love the manager there and her employees that change from time to time, I think, it is their process for their learning curve. Anyway thank you for making me welcomed every time, and I hope that you read my review to show my appreciation, and don't mind those that want to put down, if they are not ready for a purchase don't get it. Again thank you. I will definitely come back for my son's phone. Great service.

I am a customer of this store for more than 5 Yrs, after going thru a lot of Store Managers changes. I went there on 01/12/2019 to upgrade my phone and I had a very good experience dealing with May (Store Manager) and Yiset , they were very professional and friendly with an outstanding knowledge and customer service skills. I do recommend this store, visit them.

Everyone!!! Attention!!! At This location they only care about sells selling you a phone they don't want you to go in and make a payment because it brings their conversion down,the finance program is a lie they are upselling you hiding accessories in the sale and they will tell you that is free or a value bundle that comes with the phone they are lying to you!!! If you want the real original price you have to go to the corporate store!!! Authorized dealers have hiddens fees and higher taxes! So check this out I went in to make a payment and the Cuban short girl was sitting on top of her car smoking a cigarette and the store was closed!!!! I asked her if she was opening the store like what was going on and she said very Calmly she wasn't taking anymore payments on that day and advise me to go to AMSCOT to make the payment it was 5 pm and they close at 6 on Sundays!!! They act that way because they don't have supervision that was completely unacceptable. Tengan cuidado con esta tienda estafan a todos clientes diciendo que Les regalan accessorios y en realidad te lo estan cobrando nada es de Gratis,Les molestas que vallas haser pagos porque eso Les afecta a ellos en su reported del mes de ventas su unico objetivo es vender y estafar no atudar a Los clientes! Hoy fui haser un pago y me encontre con una cubana bajita con la tienda cerrada y sentada encima de su carro fumandose un cigarillo y me dijo que no me podia atender que ya no hiba a cojer mas pagos y me Mando a amscot haser El pago la descara actuan de esa manera porque no tienen profesionalismo,ni educacion ,ni supervision de Un gerente mayor su comportamiento fue inaceptable.tengan mucho cuidado donde gastan su DINERO.

If I could give negative stars, I would! The female working as the customer service rep gave me a “free” speaker with my free phone. When I went to pay, my total was more then expected. I asked where the extra money came from and she told me taxes and fees. I paid, went home, plunged in the speaker to after it was fully charged, I tried to use it and it didn’t work. I checked my receipt and found out that she actually charged me for the speaker. I took it back and wanted my money back. She yelled at me and screamed at me. Took the speaker, and added a fee to my account so that I couldn’t get my money back. I asked to speak to higher authority and she lied and said she was the highest. She also pretended to not understand my English, even though she spoke perfect English earlier in the day. After 4 hour of calmly begging for my money back for the broken speaker she sold me, (and her refusing me my money) she called the police. The officer was actually very polite and suggested that I return the phone and switch companies, after witnessing her horrible customer service skills. I agreed and left the store; coming back the next morning with all of the things I needed to return the phone. When I got there, what do you know... higher authority then her. He gave me all of my money for the phone and speaker. Not to mention, he was also very rude. Even with him there she sat and laughed at me while he assisted me. Worst customer service ever. I have had Metro PCS in the past and they were good to me. She has ruined my views on the whole company. I will never use them again! Wish I remember the girls name. The five star reviews has to be lies. I do not believe any of them!

Been a customer for four years. Happy with their services until I walked into one of their stores on Hillsborough ave. In Town N Country, Tampa. Florida . Totally offensive and unprofessional to me, a 4 year customer. I'm on disability and have limited income so I have to stick it out but as soon as I can afford setting up a new account, I'm out of there and joining Boost Cellular.

I went in there to add a line for my son was told all sorts of Lies such as the cost included my first month of service for adding him and that all of the accessories that they were pushing on me were included when I told him I didn't need such things. Later when I got home and looked closely the receipt that they gave me at the end of the transaction after I paid I found out I was charged for all of the accessories and there was no rebate directly applied to the phone itself period I tried to return the car charger because my son is 12 and does not have a car. They would not return it and when I started inquiring why the response from the sales rep was that her English was not so good and she did not understand. Even though she had spoken to me this time and previous times with no issues. Super disappointed all I want it wasn't inexpensive phone to add for my son and I feel like I got taken for a ride
