I went to the AT&T store at 1000 S. Dale Mabry on Thursday because my phone wasn’t charging. Evangeline C.(Vangi) was absolutely phenomenal! She spoke with the insurance and helped me file the claim for my damaged phone because I was totally overwhelmed! She recognized that and really took care of me! The insurance agent said they will overnight a replacement phone which they did. Vangi told me to come back when my replacement phone come in and she would help me get it set up!! I will never forget the patience, care and professionalism she showed me! Kudos to AT&T for having such a wonderful person representing them!

This AT&T location was more convenient for me to pop in to, and I'm so glad it was because the entire staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and fun to be around as they assisted me in fixing the issue. Ryan was a phenomenal help the entire time and had my phone problems taken care of as soon as possible. Definitely will return to this location when needed!!
