I've never had a problem with payments here but what annoys me is that no one has updated their hours to the internet. I'm always busy so when it comes to last minute things that've escaped my brain till that point i like and have to check online for places still open. All i ask is if it's cause of covid or something else update the hours online for those who can't always stop by the store irl till last minute.

No selections of phone, no nothing, just a few selected Android not much of anything, clerk seemed upset that we walk in, the welcome was non existant, clerk appeared to be in a bad mood.

If the guy working that day has anything to do With the store I would close it down. Little short guy playing on his iPad was frustrated that I came in. He tried to get me to go elsewhere from the begining. Confrontational to a point we're I thought we might fight. He also told me he doesn't even use boost himself . I Left and went to Cricket down the street...

This store charged me $20.00 for 1 phone and $30.00 for the other phone for TAX. I explained that tax was 8.75% only $12.00 and $17.00 and they had no clue what I was talking about. They knew, and they POCKET the additional Money. PLUS...They would not give me a receipt. They are ripoffs! Go to Palm Springs Boost OR ANYWHERE ELSE to do your business!

Called and spoke with some young lady. She wasn't helpful AT ALL....she refused to give me information on any promotions unless I gave her my phone # !!? WHAT ?? Obviously I ended the call. Called back the next day and spoke to a different gal who was very helpful and shared freely the info I was seeking. So I guess it's a 50-50 chance if you call you will get the nice gal or the other insolent lil snot .....hahahaha😆

They have no idea what they are doing, I asked questions about data plans and this girl said I don't know anything about plans I just take the payments, you would have to call virgin mobile and ask them. 🤦

This place is horrible, The "manager" girl with the dyed blonde hair is extremely rude. Went in to buy my phone for boost mobile, just grabs the phone hooks it up to my account hardly saying anything to me, when she did speak it was like a whisper, did NOT inform me that all sales were final! But she learned to speak up to argue with me real quick about trying to return my defective phone! If you're gonna work in any form of customer service, learn how to actually speak and communicate to human beings. TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! It'll be worth traveling to a different store for a phone or even paying your bill!

So I had a few questions about upgrading my service plan to include unlimited high speed data. I asked the women working if the extra $5 would REALLY include unlimited 4g fast data. They just kinda looked irritated with me and then started ignoring me to help a customer who was buying a phone. She asked why somebody elses email was already attached to her phone and questioned if the phone she was buying was actually new or used..to which she got NO ANSWER. I asked one of the workers if i could just pay the bill plus the extra $5..ignored. So i looked at phone cases for a while then finally one of them took my money n I got out of there. I felt as tho I was BOTHERING them..I think that answering simple questions about mobile plans or if ur purchasing a new or used phone IS ur job at a cell store! Dont just IGNORE questions U decide arent important to U..this happened days ago and I am still irritated. I found out that my "unlimited" data now SLOWS down video which is what i wanted faster..and im paying an extra $60 a year for slower video. Thanks alot!
