Couldn't get thru over the phone at all! Called 3x just now, @6:50, (hours before they close!!!) And the phone just to gs, then gives me a busy signal, like it was answered then hung right up. 👎😒🤨

Bought a battery. Was charged $22 plus 7.75% tax for core. When I returned old battery was only credited for $22. I pointed this out to the clerk and was told that's the way it came out. I feel like I was cheated. Not much $$ but what they are doing is wrong.

Having been sold the wrong parts for the front brake job I was doing, I called the store in Desert Hot Springs and was answered by Cookie. She soon found the problem, rear brakes not front, and said they had them in stock and I could exchange them whenever I wanted. I explained that the car was apart and could they deliver. No she said but checked with everyone and after determining that they could not be delivered she offered to bring them to me on her own time after her shift, which she did. this is the kind of customer service you rarely see anymore and should be recognized, encouraged and rewarded. You get great service if you call in but you can stand in front if them and get no service for 27 minutes while the phone get answered. Commercial account station is horrible. Do better people!

AutoZone was very helpful I went in there he told me where my part was in and out no problem if I needed the tool they had it there didn't care if I was fixing to get in the parking lot a good place to go when you need a part

I arrived at this store to purchase windshield wiper blades. I would caution against coming to this store to purchase anything!! The store does NOT follow state mandates for masking that are required in all stores in California at the present time. The young man behind the counter is a blatant anti-masker and I suspect anti-vaxer. He is potentially infected since Omicron is at this point wide spread across the country. My husband was weary a mask. The prices are currently being marked up by 150% over online prices. The price in the store was $64. I found similar items for $16 on Amazon. I believe this store is gouging. For your pocket's sake, shop elsewhere or online!!

These guys are very helpful. We needed a battery right then and they had 5 minutes to close. Not only did they help us with what we needed, but they offered to change our wiper blades! We said no, but they would have. Nice guys.
