I always hate going here. Way too busy this time. I signed in my name at the kiosk – was 6th in line – for the whole world [in the store] to see. 3 employees helping customers with one person training another. After 15 mins of waiting and NO PROGRESS I walked out. I had to return equipment. Went to the UPS Store instead. UPS store had no lines and no waiting. Boom boom and done. Do yourself a favor and go to the UPS Store if you need to return equipment.

Long service lines. Don't expect people to wear masks. Try the new T Mobile service. No installation, they just send you the router and plug it in. $50/month, including taxes and it NEVER GOES UP!

I had gave this door at 2 star rating because I was billed heels for something I did not use took it back and still being billed I represent a rep came to my house picked up the box all of the supplies given unused it wasn't a pleasant reason to go there but the store was in good shape and is very well kept up I just went in as a bad Patriot so really it's probably a very nice store if I offended somebody I apologize thank you and that's my to start
