Employee was extremely rude to us upon entry and refused to let my 18 year old son and his friend enter the store without an adult present. Even if the store policy requires supervision of minors, which is not stated or communicated anywhere outside or inside the store, the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that was shown by the employee immediately when we entered was completely uncalled for. After I showed up and “ushered” them in the employee then had 2 security guards come in and follow us around. We felt profiled and they left the store in tears because of the direct treatment they received from YOUR employee for absolutely no reason. It was traumatizing for them. It had nothing to do with your unstated policy. Do better. Hire high quality employees and clearly communicate your policies so patrons are aware. I will NEVER return to the store or spend any money on their products.

Store was low on inventory, but its was NICE to walk around in a toy store and browse around. I miss TOY R' US. Bought my son a rain whilst, I don't know where he put it, otherwise you'd have a photo.

We were refused service due to my daughter, aged 9 years old, not wearing a mask, despite having an exemption, which I stated. They directed us to go to customer service to get a mask for her. I was wearing a mask, but again, my daughter has a legitimate exemption. The store was not busy and we were going to maintain six feet distance from others (though there were three or four employees congregated around the cash register NOT six feet apart). We went across the hall to the Crayola store where they did not question me about my daughter and she was able to purchase a gift there. I’ve attached copies of the mayors order that allows exemptions. This business did not abide by the orders.

I absolutely love the selection that this store Has. I love that there are new versions of vintage toys and they seem to be on trend. The only thing that I would change about this store is the prices, $25 dollars for a finger size figurine is beyond ridiculous and $30 tor a small stuffed animal is also ridiculous all the prices in this store are way over priced I love to walk around and look at the merchandise but I will never actually purchase anything because of the prices.

My daughter hadn't been feeling great on our trip. Finally, in the late afternoon, she was feeling well enough to go visit this toy store. We made it there 10 minutes to close, enough time to find a treasure. She was in awe as she walked in, the wad of money she had been saving from her allowance clutch in her hand. The clerks (one seemed like the owner) didn't greet us. They simply gazed at us with blank stares. As my daughter went down an aisle ahead of us, the younger of the clerks went to the back of the store and turned out all the showroom lights leaving us in the dark. It frightened my 7 year old girl and she came running back worried she did something wrong. Looked at my watch while consoling my child. Yep, 8 minutes to close. Still nothing from the silent store keeps. No can-I-help-you-finds or sorry-closing-in-fives. Nothing. My wife and I gathered our sad little one and quietly left. It's pretty clear that this store isn't here for the kids. It's here to price gouge tourists there for Legoland and the like. Yeah, there are reviews that they are friendly and helpful. I pretty sure they are, if you look like they do. If you don't, well, lights out.

We took our girls here and they loved looking at all of the different toys! They carry some unique gifts that you can't find at big box stores you shop at regularly.

Toy Time is a complete delight! For a parent or grandparent... or, even a kid! I did my Christmas shopping there for my grand babies this year and had such fun - things I never would have found online, but they "jumped out at me" here. Really a great atmosphere and wonderful choices!
