I just went to the dollar tree on N. West Berry Rd., there was a line from the front of the store to the back of the store with only one cashier. When I got up to the cashier I asked him if he could call for back up, he said that there was no back up because she was on her break. And he said that when she got back from her break he was going on his. The cashier should have been able to call the manager on duty off their break to get the lines caught up. There was a line from the front of the store to the back of the store that is uncalled for. And the store was in disarray.

Unfortunate I drive over here when it says they are open until eight and they are closing 30 minutes early due to whatever reason. I could never do this at my job. Which is why I’m running around at this hour. Very disappointed

I would give this dollar tree zero stars if I could. It is the most disorganized mess of a dollar tree I have ever went to.

When we entered the store, there was an associate checking customers out and one stocking. By the time we were ready to check out (within 10 minutes), there was an entire line waiting. I called the store and the manager answered, and I informed her that she had a 15+ deep line of customers and her associate needed help. Waited a few minutes and she didn't come out of the office. Called again, no answer. I could hear her in the office! We finally got to the register and Kristen was checking us out and I asked her where her help was. She said the manager was busy doing other things. As someone who's worked in retail, your manager paperwork can wait. Your customer's are there to get in and get out. The fact that she didn't acknowledge that her associate needed assistance checking the customers out is unacceptable. Kristen was patient and extremely sweet and I wanted to make sure she got the proper kudos. She was doing a great job and didn't break under the pressure.

Well it's a good store if you're on a budget and I am on a budget except I'm not sure they can call themselves Dollar Tree when things have gone up in price to a dollar 25 should be called buck and a quarter tree now but I'm just being facetious or whatever. It's pretty good when you could buy napkins for the buck and a quarter instead of 4,5 or even $6.

Compared to other dollar trees , this one is the worst. They never update their products. The only new stuff they seem to get is one aisle of holiday stuff.

Stock coming in for spring. Took advantage of some items. Solar lights and smoke gray goblets. Can't beat the prices

4 stars as they seem a bit disorganized at the moment. Changing the prices to $1.25 each item is still one of the less expensive stores around, as most other stores have raised their prices as well. I love their dermisel lotion: it is my go to for dry skin. I will continue to shop there regularly.

Edit: this place has been super clean and the staff is much better. Great place to buy random stuff. Would give it 5 stars but the staff can be rude and the floors are almost always dirty.
