Was in there this morning and a short old lady and tall girl with dark hair who are employees were talking about another employee who lost thier dad and putting all of her business out to the public and calling her stupid . Me and another customer spoke up about the amount of disrespect coming out of these two. So do not work there unless you want you private life discussed with everyone

I'm about to walk six blocks in the freezing rain 39 degrees temperature to the dollar general store in Claycomo to see if I happened to of dropped my id there because I can't find a working number to call. Absolutely ridiculous

Excellent location especially since Casey's moved down N.Oak a few years ago but this store is so very understaffed that the employees are always struggling to keep up with stocking and with managing the long check out lines. As for providing customer service... they are generally helpful if they have the time and availability. And, you may wish to note...while they have a loyalty program, it appears in-store cell phone access is either limited or non-existent so you can't check their website once inside the store (or take or make calls).

Love coming here. Always clean, friendly and fast service. I always enjoy coming in and seeing Michelle, Annmarie. My kids enjoy they company and friendly service :)

I have never been so embarrassed in my life! The manager and clerks acted like I was a thief! Yes I am a couponer so I scan things if I get good price I buy it! The manager had the nerve to chase me down when I came back to do my second transaction said I can’t buy trial size items with digital coupons!!! What if a coupon attached that is an error in their system I just scan and go I didn’t use any paper coupons all digital and of course my out of pocket was low because I’m a Couponer!!! Basically after all employees followed me watching me the manager said I am to be rang up only by manager like I was some kind of hacker making my price low!!! Your system has a glitch is not customer fault!! I felt discriminated against me embarrassment because other customers were around!! Worst customer service ever I never have issues with night crew there’s 2 ladies that dislike me because I coupon and I’m really good at it!! Beside that the store trashed boxes trips hazards everywhere... so unorganized definitely the worst dollar who needs a new manager!!

This is a distributer problem instead of a dollar general or staff one, but I've had a few expired 2 liter sodas and sweet tea from here, to the point that we suffer a trip to Walmart instead of getting it from the corner dollar store. Smaller drinks like 20 ounces have been fine in my experience and that's literally the only stuff I've had a problem with at this location. Staff is great.

Bad Customer service!! I will never shop here ever again!! The Manager treat us like thief or criminals. She kept following my kids and I around the store like we were going to steal something!! I felt so weired I had to ask her what was her if there's a problem. She's started going off she told us to get out!! I mean we didn't even do anything. I felt so uncomfortable when she kept following us and peaking on us. Horrible!! I've never seen a bad Custer service ever.
