Walked in and a two customers in the store. We were asked if we needed anything we walked to the watches. We asked one question if they carry a certain type of watch they said no. We were interested in two watches. Out of the 4 employees working 3 weren’t doing anything. They were more worried about how much they needed to earn before the end of the day. At no time did anyone come over to ask if we wanted to try them on. Such a shame when we could have added over 1500.00 to your store total.

Gracie helped me all the way from Florida! I went to my local Zales to see a ring but unfortunately they only had the smaller version available. I saw her post on tic tok and she was inspecting the same ring I was hoping to see in person. I contacted her, and she offered to send me photos of both rings side by side so I could compare the size difference. Not only did she send me photos but she sent me videos as well!!!! I’m blown away by her kindness and by her high level of customer service! I hope her superiors read this review because this level of professionalism and kindness needs to be recognized! Thank you from Florida, Gracie! Because of how kind she was to me next time I buy I’m going to call the store and have her order it for me so that she gets the commission. You deserve it girl!! Thanks a million!

I went to this store to return an online purchase my husband had made for a Christmas present for me which was ring that was the wrong size. First, I was told I needed to buy the lifetime protection plan so I could have it resized. Second, I was told they couldn't honor the sale price that he had received when he bought it if I returned it and re-ordered it. Then, the "manager" of the store talked to me like I was some kid saying I would have to have the same credit card to return it like I didn't know what I was doing. First off, the 3 people (manager, assistant manager, and a associate)in this store at the time was rude. They acted like the $400 ring I had was a gold mine and didn't want to honor the price if I reordered and they could have according to the online customer service. Then I was told I could call in for the online orders and they would most likely honor the price. I called while standing in the store. I was then told they had to talk to my husband because he purchased it. Zales says they have a easy return policy well I beg to differ..."At Zales, we strive to provide each and every Guest with an experience that makes them feel confident in their purchase." Well these folks were rude, and acted like I shouldn't even been there returning their jewelry. My husband and I called back and eventually got a ticket number to call and order the ring again at the same price after we return the first ring via UPS. All this took over an hour of my life that I will not get back and they call that an easy return policy. After I get this ring mailed in, I highly doubt I will reorder it due to their lack of courtesy in store and the first call I made. I can say the second lady we talked to was apologetic and I guess has it to where I can reorder the ring at the price my husband originally purchased it for, but I honestly don't care to waste anymore time except to write this one star review about the management at this store. I find it hilarious, that other reviews have the same thoughts as I do RUDE!

Brandy Holmes delivered the BEST service that my fiancé and I could have ever asked for. We are both very indecisive people and she was patient and informative of every option we had. I went in today to buy a locket for my wife. Her brother recently passed away. I was helped by a woman named Terri. With how difficult everything had been, she truly was so kind and patient. She helped me decide on the right locket and chain for my wife. I will remember her help forever because of the pain my wife has been through and the kindness she showed me in helping choose something to remember my wife’s brother by. Thank you, Terri. If you’re every one NLR, and need to go to a Zales, ask for Terri.

I went on Saturday to get my ring inspected and cleaned at the Zales in the McCain Mall. They were busy and there was a line. The lady that came up to the chain was very rude. I did not see the sign posted on the wall that she so very rudely told me to, “read, read, read,” as if I was in Kindergarten. I didn’t have my paperwork because the time before last I was told that I didn’t have to have the paperwork to get an inspection done. If it is for COVID reasons that makes no sense at all. I have tried 2x in the last month to get my ring cleaned and inspected with no success. It is not an easy task as I live 90 miles away. The last time they were closed with a sign saying they would be back by 2pm (1.5 hours that I didn’t have to wait around). Then the other time I was in Little Rock. I called both Zales and could not get either stores to answer to find out if they were open. Very frustrated!

Felt like I was a bother by coming by to browse. Hand to wait outside the store for one of the 3 customers to leave before I had still wait outside the store while they looked to see if they had what I wanted. Only allowed in store to pay. They boost such cleanliness and yet they didn’t wipe down anything after customers left. And didn’t clean the card machine before or after I left. If you are going to treat customers badly. At least follow through on the game. Mr. zales would be disappointed

They have had my wife's wedding ring for repair for 4 months. They don't answer the store phone. I went to the store, they told me they would call the repair shop and get back with me. The repair was already approved by me. They called and said the repair shop didn't answer. Complete run around, the store is 25 minute drive. I don't have time to drive up there because you can't answer a phone. Give me my jewelry.
