This is for the paid parking. I have done a lot of paid parking and when I arrive to the truck stops no spots they are all taken. I go inside yo furl desk they give me the receipt for the windshield and say park anywhere. Now that's fine but that runs there is someone in my paid spot that didn't pay. When I got to this truck stop it was super packed as they usually are. I made my round to find a spot in the paid parking area and nothing. I was expecting the same bs as I've experienced before. To my surprise nope they went and moved a driver from a paid parking spot that he didn't pay for. This was at 12 midnight also so I know that driver was well asleep. I was so happy to get an actual parking spot. To get what I paid for in other words. Why do I want to pay to park in the middle of the parking lot where there are a bunch of drivers that didn't pay to be there. Thank you so much for showing the drivers that paid the respect we deserve.

Yeah definitely avoid this Petro, it has to be to worst ran truck stop ever. Their shower system is awful. Waited 2hrs for a shower. The first shower I was issued was occupied. They had no one cleaning showers. Just if I could give this place a 1/16 of a star, I would. Drivers are parked on the fuel island not fueling. Parking lot is terrible. This used to be a great place to stop. And had one of the best buffet around, good ole country boy food, mixed with some soul!!! Now it is definitely a do not stop unless it is definitely a have to.. safe travels drivers.

I was waiting to do the oil change in my truck, for 7 hours, when I did it the mechanic did not do a good job since he put too much oil on me, and when I went to tell him in a good way I call the Manager on duty Josh Agnew and believe me It was the most horrible experience I've ever had, an arrogant man, disrespectful to the customer, I understand that the mechanic has no experience and these things happen, but Josh Agnew, the person in charge of the shift, who treated me in the terrible way he did! ! I hope that training measures are taken on how to treat a customer because the way he was treated was horrible. Good luck Josh Agnew I hope I never see you again in my life.

The tall and young shower Porter who was working this morning at 5:30 was amazing! He moved me to a better ventilated shower, offered extra towels. The cashier was also extremely nice.The shower itself was amazing. Great water pressure, city water. Thanks for starting my morning off great, Petro!

This place is a dump and the staff is rude as hell! Asked about having some coffee made and I was given a major attitude! Isn’t that part of their job! Parking is a nightmare! Trucks park wherever! Because of all the idiots parking however I saw two trucks get hit! There are trash cans everywhere but people don’t use them! Safer to just stay on the on/off ramps!

I asked to have coffee made and no one ever made it. Looking in the filter someone put whole beans. And tried to brew it. The lady said she would make coffee. And then ignored us and did something else. Other people came over for coffee and couldn't get a cup either. It's the easiest thing to lake available but yet it seemed like no one knew how to make any. There was 5 ladies behind the counter. So short staffed was not an issue.

Avoid if you're an IBA rider. Nobody bothers to fill the receipt paper at the pumps. Stopped by twice in one day on a trip, and both times had to go inside to get a receipt. Employees took their time and casually chatted with the customers. Zero sense of urgency.

The staff in the shop are awesome. We spent about 16 hrs at the shop. We needed parts from international an they wouldn't answer the phone . Mrs.Angie went over there to get our parts. Floyd worked on our a/c an was very thorough. The waitresses at iron skillet are not people persons. Laundry facilities are coins only they are having internet issues for card readers. Showers could be a little bigger for fluffy people, but over all a good experience.

Did a 34 here. 🚛 My experience here was great! I was expecting the worst from the terrible reviews. There is a Iron skillet and a hotbox station located inside for food. My only complaint is that there is no hot food options before 8am. or after 10pm. 🍔 There is a barber shop that is open from 9-9 upstairs. 💇🏻♀️ Showers were small but clean 🚿 There are 2 sets of bathrooms. One is downstairs and the other is upstairs.🚽 Employees are friendly. There is a large laundry room also located upstairs. The card system is down so it is QUARTERS ONLY! The change machine is broken. Luckily I was able to get $10 worth from the cashier. Many spots to walk dog 🐶

AVOID THE TRUCK SERVICE SHOP at this Petro! Spend 24h here and 16h of them in the bay. No one that I saw during this time wanted to work. Mechanics was walking around, smoking and talking to each other. All the front desk stuff had attitudes and wasn’t working either including manager named Gabriel. Saw 3-4 truckers who spend around the same time at the bays. At the end they were trying to overcharge me so truckers be aware and check your final bill!! Awful experience!
