I was assisted as I walked in. Less then 30 seconds transpired, before being attended to and service was completed within 10 minutes, being fully satisfied and having the same number installed on my new phone. So, for this visit, I am not sure how you may improve apon the excellent service I recieved! Bravo, I am profoundly appreciative, for on the same day my old phone was dropped, the screen cracked and the screen is now blank but I can still use the voice recognition, for my Google assistant! I had even lost my Sim card when I was removing my SD card which they also replaced at no charge! TY

I love this location it has very good energy. I was assisted by a lady named Chambra and she was so nice and helpful. She made me feel at home and didn’t pressure me into anything. I will definitely be back!

This store has such great management & staff they were all so kind & helpful with all my needs! They fixed my problem and i was out the door fast!! By far one of the best stores I've been to in awhile.

I was in the store 2days in a row and both days no one helped me until I walked up to them. Both people seems put out that they had to help me. Neither one of the men introduced themselves to me. I do not like the layout of the store. It is very uninviting and cold feeling. The music they were playing was very race specific. Which is ok but not in a retail store. Not very welcoming. My over all experience was lacking in the desire to return. I have been with AT&T since 2003 going to this same store and at this point I don't know if I will return.

I have a Samsung Galaxy 21 ultra and it hasn't worked properly for over a week. I went to 5 AT&T stores with no luck from anyone. I was then told to go to U break I fix and have it checked. They also stated that they couldn't help me, I need to file an insurance claim and get a new phone. Well, I was almost to the giving up point when something said go check with AT&T in Lakewood Village, and Im so glad that I did. Connor A. was AWESOME ,and is th WORLDS best employee at AT&T. Russell has the patience of Job!! Yes I said Job!!! I do not say this often!!! What a great Rep with good customer service skills! Nowadays most Agents/Reps doesn’t have an ounce of patience anymore nor good customer service skills!! He did an phenomenal job making sure my new IPhone 13 Pro Max was working properly. IT TOOK HOURS, but he worked his knowledge by the time I left the store I was able to dial out, receive calls, text, and receive texts as well!!!

The store manager of this AT&T is such an amazing person. He has all the knowledge on things from phones to accessories and had me leaving the store with more than a smile. Would recommend this store if you are ever in the area great team, would come again.

The store staff were extensive helpful and friendly. Christian assisted me and was able to address all my needs in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to assist me and even helped setting up my new phone and apple watch. We were able to switch my service plan to a lower and more affordable one with unlimited data. Extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning with my mother to assist her with her upgrade. All in all a great experience.

Anthony is an excellent AT&T representative! He has worked with two customers at the same time in the spirit of excellent and has been patience personified. He has honored all of my requests and TRIED to keep my bill low per my original request, even when I changed my mind.
