Terrible customer service. Waitress was really rude. Waitress was on the phone for a long time and we had to wait a long time to be seated. She did not offer a high chair or crayons for my son. When ask her for the crayons, she gave me a single color. The high chair was so dirty. It was so sticky and it looks like it was left unclean from the last customer. I had to clean it myself. The waitress look very unhappy and unwilling when we ask her for anything. She made the whole place gave off a really unfriendly atmosphere. I dont reccomend anyone going to this establishment.

I must be hyper critical about restaurants post Covid but when I go out to eat I figure your paying for the experience and anymore the attitudes I just can’t take. Waiter not bad but the Hostess was a hmmm she needs go somewhere she can play on her phone and not interact with people. Hey IHOP how bout you start working on the attitudes. Sincerely a loyal customer.

Disappointed. Cheese omelette little to no cheese in omelette, small amount a shredded cheese sprinkled on outside. Asked for diet Pepsi got regular. Didn't complain just finished, paid bill and left

The food and service were both without fault. We enjoyed our meal. The restaurant was clean and well lit. Vegetarian options: My vegetarian daughter ordered Belgian waffles. Parking: There was plenty of parking.

New menu since I last visited. My go to is the tips and eggs w hash browns. NOT like I remembered. Wife said the same. Waitress was non attentive. Had a different one get her for my bill. Food was finished but forgot and left my leftover tips on the table....

My kids love their pancakes which I’m not found of however they talked me into going into this one and particular and boy do I regret spending my 80 dollars here . I ordered a very simple omelette that they had to take back twice . Once for putting pork on it after I specified NO PORK only turkey . Then brought out another omelet 😔with just bacon , no veggie no nothing , to add I ordered homefries that never made it and asked her about 3 x . Just safe to say I’m not going back and they don’t listen ..

I am trying to get some breakfast before work, as you can see on the pictures I called and called and no answer. Only to arrive and find 2 people in the lobby and no employees. On top of that so many online order receipts were coming in and was not getting attended. Now I have to wait for my food since I had to order when I arrived and I need to get to work. GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE !

The service was complete garbage. We waiting practically 45 minutes for our food just for it to be cold and, let alone just for us to get our drinks took 25 minutes. They messed up our orders multiple times, my mom ordered an original burger with no onions and the lady brought back a different burger that had barbecue sauce and wiped it off and slapped some other sauce ontop of it. If I could rate this place zero stars I would!

Mexican tres leches flavored pancakes were just, wow! Super tasty and fun to chew. My main dish was the spicy poblano omelet and found it to be kind of bland. I had to dump a bunch of hot sauce in it, but in fairness I tend to do that anyway. The place was pretty empty so I didn’t expect the service to be so slow, nor the bathrooms as dirty as they were. I ended up wishing I went somewhere else. But it could have been a one off experience. I’ll return in the future to know for sure.
