Very bad service. Ordered on line to pickup when stated my order was ready. It was not ready and no one talked with me. The staff did not cummicate with anyone coming into the store. Had to ask several times to get assistance. Finally left and will not go back to this location.

While the store does a decent job with orders (not always standard with the level of cooking/time for delivery). The biggest complaint that I have is that it is never open when people want to order pizza. Their lobby always seems to be closed early, as well as their delivery service.

The other taker actually hung up on me because I couldnt understand what he meant when said out of chicken but still had the bbq chicken pizza. I asked how it could be since he just stated they were out of chicken...didnt compute in my brain...and, this guy said CLICK! NO PIZZA FOR ME! Havent bothered with giving them any further business. He was mad at me for them not having something and not making any sense with what he said they did not have! Dont treat patrons like it is their fault that the business couldnt deliver on their end by having the products stated on menu! Also not a customer's fault Domino's has to resort to employing sub-par staff to represent their company! I

The oizza took over an hour to arrive, was cold to the touch, and in a pile in the box. There was no icing for the cinnamon sticks when I had paid for an extra as well. Called the store and spoke with a manager. It being a Friday and them being busy isn't an excuse for poor food. I didn't pay $25 for cold pizza that is soggy as well. The manager basically told me he would refund my money and hung up on me. Absolutely worse experience I've ever had from any domino's.

I watch for about 4 minutes as one guy makes pizza and the other 4 stand around talking. I hang up and call back and watch as a guy picks up and says "Dominos, can you hold" and immediately puts me on hold. Watch for another 4 minutes on hold while the same 4 guys just clown around doing nothing. I hung up and drove across the street to the taco truck.

This is only the second time we've had an issue with this dominoes. It's superbowl so we didn't want to leave the house and had no problem if the pizza took longer to get to us as it's a busy holiday. The driver came with the wrong order (he was new and it was his first day and very nice so none of this was his fault) so he called the store and told us the systems manager Jeff would be calling us concerning our order to get the missing pizza from our order. We waited about 30 min and never got a phone call. I called the store and the man who answered the phone just couldn't be bothered with me. We are finally getting it delivered. The food is always great but the customer service is terrible. Will be switching to a different store.

Since the pizzas were already prepared, i was going to go ahead and get them but the guy at the register wouldn't give me the free pizza because it was medium instead of large. I ask to speak with the manager. The young kid at the register was rude and has a smart mouth. He walked off and told the manager, he wants to argue with you about the price. Things didn't go well from that point. The manager is also his mother and she was very rude also. I was told to leave without the pizzas or a resolution. I'm very disappointed in this Domino's.

Ordered a medium pizza and pasta for delivery and was told it would arrive in 30 minutes. I did not receive my pizza till over an hour later. Other than that, the pizza was delicious and so was the pasta!
