This store location has an extremely intelligent crew that was on top of their game and went above and beyond to provide me the best customer service possible. I just want to say thank you to the employees at this store location and keep up the awesome work!

Very patient staff who answers all questions. Very clean and well organized store. Some contradicting info from reps but normal when making a big decision to switch carriers and obtaining lots of info. Staff certainly makes sure their service and joining their company is fully understood and benefits the customer.

Activated in a different state and paid for all activations and SIM cards . My elderly mother needed a new SIM card because of the change and was denied any kind of service at this location. I had a representative call the store to explain the situation and had no luck with the management . They are more worried about a one time $10 charge then having loyal customers for years . I don’t recommend this store if possible

Ask for Erica!! She was so helpful and so patient, and she really knows her stuff! I had such a great experience with her and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! Got me fixed up with my new iPhone quickly and efficiently! No complaints!

Couldn't have had a better experience!! Johnny & Chad were AWESOME! They were down to earth, informative, super helpful, & BEST of all no high aggressive pressure sales. They were honest and went waaay outta their way to make sure we were comfortable & happy with our phones, the plans, and answered any and all questions we had. Would recommend anyone to make an appt with these two guys, you won't regret it. 👍

I will admit I was skeptical to change service providers. Justin provided excellent customer service and was also very knowledgeable about the products T-Mobile sells. The process was smooth, painless, and easy. I drove passed other T-Mobile stores to go specifically to The Benton location to see him. I was referred by a friend and made a friend in the process. The location manager, Andrew, had some insights on a few products that were realitively new and was very knowledgeable as well. Dillon stepped up and help get screen protectors on the new devices. It was really a community effort. I just want to say thank you for the exceptional service. Keep this up and you will be making customers for life.

We got to the store 15 minutes before they opened, they opened the door and let us in! Andrew is amazing, and LaPorshiaand Marco are the perfect team players for him. They both helped me and my husband settle all of our concerns, and it was a wonderful experience!!! Totally recommend the mobile experts at hurricane Creek.

I think a lot of people are skeptical when switching phone services. It's because we all get the notion that they are all the same. Decided to come check things out at this location and was immediately helped by Kaelin. She is helping out at this store but is originally from a different location. Well I'm definitely glad she was there. I couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. We have been with Sprint for 7 years and our bill has steadily gone up each time. I've been wanting to switch for a long time. Verizon quoted us $300 to switch and we've already been with AT&T before Sprint. She was able to save us money, we walked out of the store with 2 new phones, screen protectors, and phone cases for less than $100. She even gave us her personal number if we ever needed her. Will definitely recommend T-Mobile to others. Kaelin, thank you for making the change so painless and making us feel welcome.

I DO NOT recommend switching to T Mobile! In July, after a lot of research into phone carriers and cost efficiency, we decided to move our cell phone service to T Mobile. We have 6 lines and T Mobile appeared to provided the best bang for our buck. After switching two of our six lines in the store, I drove out of the parking lot and immediately had no service. In fact, on those two lines, there were very few places in the Benton area where we had service. I was told in the store that I should have good coverage and was shown a coverage map of the Benton area that was covered in "magenta". After a week of no service, I switched our two lines back to AT&T. I returned the SIM cards to the T Mobile store and was assured that I would not be billed for anything. Since then I have received several bills from T Mobile, and each time I have called to explain the issue, I have been assured that my balance would be zeroed out. They have not done that and now this account has been turned over to a collection agency. Just a word of warning to all of you making the switch. They say I owe $70 for two lines for 1 week of service. Do the math, that equates to $300 a month for two lines! Save yourself time, money and frustration. DO NOT MAKE THE SWITCH! Additionally, the T Mobile's customer service is horrible! I have been disconnected twice and switched to numerous customer service reps during each of my phone calls. Customer service, transparency and honesty are not priorities at T Mobile.

Robert was my sales representative and he just went above and beyond for me. He told me about new products and promotions that I will be/am very interested in. He explained items and payments very well to my understanding. Great sales man, without adding pressure of unwanted buys. I had a wonderful experience with him at this location. I will be recommending this store to my friends and family.
