Gracie helped me all the way from Florida! I went to my local Zales to see a ring but unfortunately they only had the smaller version available. I saw her post on tic tok and she was inspecting the same ring I was hoping to see in person. I contacted her, and she offered to send me photos of both rings side by side so I could compare the size difference. Not only did she send me photos but she sent me videos as well!!!! I’m blown away by her kindness and by her high level of customer service! I hope her superiors read this review because this level of professionalism and kindness needs to be recognized!
