Workers here are no help. They are stuck on their cell phones. So attached in fact it was hard for me to tell who worked here. No help offered in fitting room, Long wait at check out while workers chit chat and play on their phones.

I’m a former employee from this exact store and the experience was horrible! I never received my last paycheck and I FINALLY received it and it’s dated from 7/30/21 and it’s like really?! I can’t even cash the check and I’ve called corporate numerous times and nobody picks up the phone!! Like I don’t even know what to do and I hope this review reaches corporate seriously!!

Poor customer service at this location! Complete ly ignored by all FOUR employees while standing in line for check-out. I ended up leaving without my item after 10 minutes and when I expressed how poor they treated me, one employee (appeared to be manager) sarcastically said "have a nice day" I work in CC. Guess needs a training class and better example for staff!

Pablo is one of the best employee they have in the store the only male I believe that works there I go there alot and I've never seen him but he has outstanding customer service he is a great asset for Guess , very very handsome great smile and makes you feel welcomed!!

Worst experience ever. My wife bought a pair of sandals for almost 30$, wore them for 5 minutes and got blisters. Tried returning them and was told no. Worst customer service experience. No return policy, buyer beware!

The employees are very friendly and courteous. The selection of merchandise is great, and the price is even better. Today, they had a deep discount on select merchandise that were displayed outside. Great shoes, boots, sandals for $15 - $ 20... unbelievable! They employee that was helping outside was super nice and patiently answering questions.

Very nice store, great deals too! Were I live we no longer have a Guess store. I was excited because when I was a teen, it was my fav place. The people who work there were very nice and helpful. Bought this super cute outfit. I recieved many compliments.

While shopping at this location, I was followed by AnnMarie. Every department I went in she was there asking if I needed help. While this may seem like great customer service, I noticed she didn't follow other customers offering help. I purchased one item and left because I couldn't shop in peace. I emailed Guess, but didn't get a response. Maybe they don't care about their customers being profiled, harassed and discriminated against while shopping in their stores.
