My recent visit your store located on Bruton Blvd in Orlando was very poor. The employee or manager on duty was very rude with no disrespect his customers. This person was wearing a HOODIE while ringing customers for purchases. I am employed at Major Bank as a Service Manager, this type of behavior and appearance is unacceptable. I am sure is not within Your Company Standards.

Been coming to this particular store for almost 4 years and it's always been a pleasant experience until recently. They got a new manager and it has been terrible since. Nasty attitude, rude, no type of customer service, and to add insult to injury, they're giving fake money now when they give you your change. And, when you try to tell them about and get your money back, the manager disappears. I've worked in Customer service almost 20 years. This is some of the worst I've experienced.

I find what I need and more everytime. They also carry better selection of kids clothes than any other family dollar I know..Its great to stock up on summer clothing for the kids there.
