Best discount supermarket in Orlando, Florida (FL) 2024

I want to find the time to give my Walmart neighborhood Walmart a good review! I want to be positive not negative like the rest. This Walmart most of the employees are friendly and clean and do the best they can to serve the public and provide good customer service. I respect people who can deal with people because it’s not easy.. Keep up the good work guys and see you later :) ~George

They sent me an opened package of chicken on May 7th. After speaking with a call center rep, who said I could take it back for a replacement, I took it back the same day it was delivered for a refund or exchange. Still, the two women at the customer service counter wouldn’t accept it or refund me and had the audacity to say I opened the chicken and just wanted a refund. Why would I buy something just to return it for the same thing? Today, they sent me an opened pack of Salmon, literally hanging out of the package with the smelly liquid running through the bag. I’ve tried calling to speak with a manager and never got through to anyone; I’ve just been put on hold three times. I talked to a Walmart call center rep over the phone, who immediately refunded me. There are no standards, respect, or common sense. A grocery store is supposed to discard any tampered food item! ~Jayeson

My recent visit your store located on Bruton Blvd in Orlando was very poor. The employee or manager on duty was very rude with no disrespect his customers. This person was wearing a HOODIE while ringing customers for purchases. I am employed at Major Bank as a Service Manager, this type of behavior and appearance is unacceptable. I am sure is not within Your Company Standards. ~Rhonda
