I dread going here and intentionally go out of my way to go to Publix instead. There are often either only one to two cashiers available or only self check-out lanes open. The employees very clearly do not want to be there and will make that visibly known, not that I can blame them in that sort of retail environment. Something about Walmart brings out the worst in people and other shoppers, routinely on their phones or letting their small children run absolutely rampant throughout the store, are like magnets and will bump into you somehow if it kills them. This store is always dirty for some reason and large pallets block half the aisles at any point in time. The staff replenishing items will also do everything in their power to run into you without looking, so there's always that as a concern, too. Aisles are tiny and cramped, sometimes with not even enough room to turn your cart around effectively. There is zero personal space in this store--they try to fit WAY too much into too tiny a building. On my last visit, I noticed on my receipt that a cashier had swiped the same item of mine six separate times and I'm still not 100% sure she voided the transaction properly. Hate hate hate this place.

The Pharmacist - ZIAD @ 5179 in Orlando Fl takes it upon himself to make sure I get this valuable medication. He literally goes above and beyond every expectation that's required of him. No one does this today. He doesn't have to. It's not required of him or his job. He doesn't know me. I'm just another customer and yet, he's helped me not one, but two times! I've contacted Corporate and they've promised me they would contact his Market Manager. This man needs to be recognized! Thank you Ziad. You have no idea how much your helping me breathe. I'll be contacting his Store Manager as well as Market to follow up. Walmart! This Man Needs To Be Recognized!

They just changed the store around, don’t like the new changes. They took out a few of the cold beverages storage No longer have Starbucks cold drinks. Use to have two checkers open now only one. The employees were friendly and helpful when asking where something got moved to.

Tried exchanging a 24 pack of "Diet Dr. Pepper" for a 24 pack of "Diet Pepsi". Lady made me leave my stuff with her, and go get the item I wanted. When I returned she said I could only EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR THE SAME ITEM. Who wants to exchange something for the samething. Ended up having to drive the extra miles, waste $10 in gas, just to do the exchange at a SuperCenter which did it no problem. Just a bunch of incompetent workers at this one. Pretty sure they just didn't want to do it cause the Diet Pepsi was cheaper and they'd owe me money.

They sent me an opened package of chicken on May 7th. After speaking with a call center rep, who said I could take it back for a replacement, I took it back the same day it was delivered for a refund or exchange. Still, the two women at the customer service counter wouldn’t accept it or refund me and had the audacity to say I opened the chicken and just wanted a refund. Why would I buy something just to return it for the same thing? Today, they sent me an opened pack of Salmon, literally hanging out of the package with the smelly liquid running through the bag. I’ve tried calling to speak with a manager and never got through to anyone; I’ve just been put on hold three times. I talked to a Walmart call center rep over the phone, who immediately refunded me. There are no standards, respect, or common sense. A grocery store is supposed to discard any tampered food item!

I have a horrible experience not once but twice. They do not honor the pricing displayed on their app. Check your prices at the checkout! I can't express this enough. The store is dirty and messy. I made a purchase with cash and debit card and when I returned one item on the same day, walmart wouldn't give me my cash. They gave me a store credit! Are you kidding Me! Nothing has changed from my first conversation with the store manager. My opinion customer service is non existence. Shame on the regional manager or district manager. Horrible experience

Make sure you check the expiration dates. On many occasions I have found items left on shelves with expired dates. Recently I saw bacon that had expired back in early December that I took to an associate for removal. Also, if you use the check out with cashier’s please keep checking how many items they are typing in. You may get charged for more items then you have.
