Walked in around 11:00am today to pick up the shoes that I purchased(pick up time from the app), and the cashier told me I need to coming back to the store another day because the shoes are delayed in a VERY poor manner with an eye roll when I asked for reason. Store PM- if you’re reading this, your employee needs to be trained with proper attitude when talk to a customer. I was rushing home so I didn’t check this employees name, the shortest cashier at this store, chubby Latino female. Other employees are very nice. ~Nieves

Great experience with this store while on vacation. I went in to look at new putters and ended up doing a putter fitting with OJ. He did an amazing job and I left with my dream Scotty. Thank you OJ for a great experience. ~Paul

My recent visit your store located on Bruton Blvd in Orlando was very poor. The employee or manager on duty was very rude with no disrespect his customers. This person was wearing a HOODIE while ringing customers for purchases. I am employed at Major Bank as a Service Manager, this type of behavior and appearance is unacceptable. I am sure is not within Your Company Standards. ~Rhonda

I waited over an hour to get the shoes I requested from the back. The last time they even didn’t guided me of the true to size or not by Steve Madden tennis shoes and bought the wrong size and stuck with them! ~Nury
