Walked in around 11:00am today to pick up the shoes that I purchased(pick up time from the app), and the cashier told me I need to coming back to the store another day because the shoes are delayed in a VERY poor manner with an eye roll when I asked for reason. Store PM- if you’re reading this, your employee needs to be trained with proper attitude when talk to a customer. I was rushing home so I didn’t check this employees name, the shortest cashier at this store, chubby Latino female. Other employees are very nice.

As soon as my family and I walked into Champs we were pleasantly greeted by an associate by the name of Ashley. Ashley was super nice and helped us throughout our purchases. I was school shopping for my son and he left all the clothes and shoes we bought about $600 worth of stuff while he was looking for a hat he didn’t realize until we go home about 40 mins after only to drive back and luckily the attentive staff at champs noticed the bag was accidentally left behind and had it behind the counter. Thank you 🙏

I literally counted 7 store associates during my visit even with a store full of customers and they only had one associate at the register to check people out. There were 4 other associates standing at the register but none of them took the time to help get the line moving. Even the young lady who was at the register was not the most pleasant. Again I don't expect anything special just decent customer service.

I wait in line before the store opens to buy myself a pair of Jordan 4s, employee comes out and says they don’t have any pairs. 30 minutes later they’re in the store selling it to a employee from a resell store in the mall(407 flight ). What a coincidence that when they start selling after lying to their customers is to a reseller who just wants to scalp shoes.

This store is full of activity around back to school and holidays. Cashier ( Dajoina B) offered great customer service. She was super sweet, patient and fulfilled my needs as a customer, quickly. After ringing up more than one customer at at time on different registers, she still managed to keep a smile on her face, remained calm, and made sure the customers were taken care of. The girl's got talent!
