Very poorly managed store! He took 15 minutes trying to explain why he couldn’t honor another stores price. Guess he thought I cared? Won’t go back. Wasted $10 bucks in gas!

Great experience with this store while on vacation. I went in to look at new putters and ended up doing a putter fitting with OJ. He did an amazing job and I left with my dream Scotty. Thank you OJ for a great experience.

I have been a customer of this golf galaxy for a couple years now, in that time I’ve bought new clubs with full fitting services, bag, countless balls I proceeded to lose, etc… My grips were starting to wear so I dropped them off and selected new ones for them to install. My clubs were a bit dirty from playing last weekend (I had planned on giving them a good wash after I picked them up). Didn’t need to, my clubs were spotless when I picked them up, and the grips are awesome. This is the kind of customer service that will keep me coming for years to come. Well done :)

I've got to imagine if they don't have have it you probably don't need it. As is the norm with golf you look for the best deal. They have courteous, knowledgeable staff. It's odd though as their's an Edwin Watts Golf all but next door. Happy shopping.

The manager is very friendly and nice. I went there in hopes of buying a new putter and the entire staff was very attentive. They didn’t have the putter I wanted and didn’t try to sell me on something else. They helped me try and find it online and at other stores with no luck, however I appreciated the customer service.

Usually the service is very good in the store. This time, they just seemed that there were more important clients to handle. I had to wait a little to be able to try a club I was looking at but once I was let into the hitting bay I was forgot about. I noticed the sales people standing around talking amongst themselves as we walked out. Very disappointed in the quality of customer service.

Needed several clubs regripped, and was met with a friendly staff. Super quick turnaround and reasonable pricing. Grips were aligned perfectly. I will continue my business at this location going forward. My next set of Ping irons are due soon, and I have my sizes already on file. Looking forward to continued shopping. Have not tried their PGA lessons, but with the numerous course pros in the area, not sure the necessity.

I purchased a new set of Cobra F-9 one length irons in stiff flex off their website in late April. Mind you in the midst of a quarantine. I received the clubs and was never able to hit them all that great. Recently I took them to their golf smith. He informed me that the reason I wasn't hitting them all that well is because they sent me regular flex as opposed to stiff flex. I showed him the online order and they clearly sent me the wrong stuff. I called customer service, they said I had to work through Cobra. I called Cobra and they told me that I had to work through Golf Galaxy. I called customer service again and spoke to a lady that accepted fault for the error and said that they will absolutely take care of it. I received an email the following day that said she lied and they would help at all. I buy from companies like this because I feel that they will stand behind their service, clearly not! I have purchased 4 sets of irons, 3 drivers, several putters, shoes, and many other things from this company. Unless they make this right, they have seen the last penny from me. It's just a shame that they are putting greed in from of quality service.

I got fitted and got a set of callaway apex pro. The fitter told me I needed to be upright so I listen, in the bay I didn't hit any draws. I get to the course and hook not draw everything off the greens and go from a 5 to a 8 and loss my mind for a couple weeks. I go to try to take back for another set and they tell me I played with the clubs and made adjustments so they could only give me 750 for something I paid 1250 just 2 weeks before. Just make sure your adjustments work on grass.
