Just left the Lutz store and I was impressed. John Fargo was very knowledgeable. He put me on the simulator and changed a few things on several clubs. Bing bang boom I was hitting the ball 30 plus yards further. Best investment in my game ever. It pays to invest in good clubs if you want to play better golf. Thank again John.

You can have the most sophisticated website boasting about “expert services”, etc. but if the person answering the phone either doesn’t know what he’s talking about or doesn’t care about helping that customer, you are going to loose business to competitors. If you have a physical location, you need foot traffic to survive. If your people aren’t trained to be welcoming on the phone and do not see every phone conversation as an opportunity to get people in the door (so you can SELL THEM STUFF), you are in the wrong business. If you are a manager of that store, you’ve got work to do.

his location is pretty terrible when it comes to customer service. I visited to pick up a few things but when I was ready to check out, their entire system went down. Things happen, not a problem. After being told it would only be a few minutes, I waited 30 minutes and they still hadn’t figured it out. Again, despite 4 employees and the manager unable to figure it out, I get it that things happen. So I asked for them to hold the items for me since they were the last available of each. They said they would hold them for a week and took my name, great. Fast forward 5 days when I return (not a full week), I ask for the items from behind the counter only to find out that they returned them all to the floor and they are all now gone. I could understand it if I hadn’t returned in over a week but this is unacceptable. Customer service is dead and this is why no one wants to shop in person anymore. I will never visit this store again unfortunately.

I Have been a Golf Galaxy and Golfsmith customer since this location opened. My wife and I were due for some upgrades and being a rainy day decided it would be a perfect time. Place was empty. Only one person acknowledged our existence. Absolutely zero customer service. The only way you get any help is if you spend $99 on a fitting. Did not need a fitting. Told one employee exactly what I was looking for. Hit a driver off a shoddy mat without any feedback or help. Walked out completely aggravated. Ended up going to PGA Tour Superstore down the street and what a difference. Place was packed and had great energy. Found Amber and 2 hours and $4200 later we were hooked up. Amber was awesome! She took time with both of us and went above and beyond with help and advice. PGA Tour Superstore should be your only choice.

WE'VE ALWAYS HAVE HAD A NICE VISIT WITH THIS STORE. NO ISSUES USING THE SIMULATOR IF YOU ASK TO IF INTERESTED IN TRYING A CERTAIN CLUB. HAVE ALWAYS HAD MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED AND HELPED EVERYTIME WE'VE COME TO SHOP.

I spent a week determining what new clubs I wanted to buy and then searched for a local shop that had them in stock. I went to Golf Galaxy today at 3:30 to purchase the clubs. I walked in and there were four employees standing at the front. I made my way to the club area and found the set I was interested in however it was the display set. I walked over to the aisle to look for an associate and the four guys were still hanging out at the front. Two others walked straight by me and look the other direction as they past as if they could not be bothered. After 20 minutes, I left. At the front door I ask one of the four people who were still just hanging out there if he was the manager- he politely said not but pointed to the other guy. I let them know my frustration and he said “that’s not good”. The “manager” never even bothered to say a word!!! $1,400 I will take to the PGA Superstore and never be back- It’s a shame- the simplicity of customer service is dead! Nobody cares a lock about taking care of a customer anymore. Best of luck if you decide to do business here….

Im leaving a review here today after 3 years of coming here because Im playing in a tourney in am b4 they open, i ordered balls online and thought they where open til 8 fir pick up, nope 7pm now on saturday, but they gave me my order 5 min after they closed, and it shows how great the team is here. They have everything you could want, thier club repair guys are the best, and I'm a club builder myself. Best grip selection even in the covid Era where there is a major grip shortage across the board. Don't go to PGA Superstore, come here, trust me. Thanks guys.

Brought my 6 year old to get his first set of clubs and myself a new driver. Zero attention from the staff for over 20 mins. Might as well shop online.

Save your gas and just shop at Amazon. The only reason that I go to this store and Disks SG's is for the rewards dollars. Unfortunately, I have found that the rewards dollar program is all smoke & mirrors. I spent $1600 on new golf clubs, when the sales guy told me that I would get back rewards that would drop the price approximately $150. What they don't tell you is that the rewards take 30-60 days to show in your account and expire almost immediately thereafter. I have spent over $6k in this store in the last 6 months and have never been able to use any rewards. Every time that I ask at the register, I am told that they either haven't registered yet or that they expired. When I call the rewards office, I am told over and over again that the rewards will be there on a certain date. When that date comes, they are not there. For now on I will just buy on Amazon. At least they will deliver to my house, and they use my rewards to give money to the charity of my choice.
