Best sportswear store in Lutz, Florida (FL) 2024

Love any puma outlet. Thats all i own my closet is full of clothes and my wall is full of shoes. This was the third PUMA outlet i visited this trip the seond one in Florida i visited. Always great deals. #Rockpumalldayerrday ~Stephaine

I spent a week determining what new clubs I wanted to buy and then searched for a local shop that had them in stock. I went to Golf Galaxy today at 3:30 to purchase the clubs. I walked in and there were four employees standing at the front. I made my way to the club area and found the set I was interested in however it was the display set. I walked over to the aisle to look for an associate and the four guys were still hanging out at the front. Two others walked straight by me and look the other direction as they past as if they could not be bothered. After 20 minutes, I left. At the front door I ask one of the four people who were still just hanging out there if he was the manager- he politely said not but pointed to the other guy. I let them know my frustration and he said “that’s not good”. The “manager” never even bothered to say a word!!! $1,400 I will take to the PGA Superstore and never be back- It’s a shame- the simplicity of customer service is dead! Nobody cares a lock about taking care of a customer anymore. Best of luck if you decide to do business here…. ~Todd
