Very weak customer service! I ordered online and the size was not fit, In their website they said " you can return in any location" I went to two stores but they didn't accepted and they said you have to ship the item and pay for shipping! It is not acceptable!

It’s 7:40 and they’re not letting anyone in and the website says closes at 8p….corporate should really look into it because they are losing money and customers for false advertising the store hours. Just advising.

Manager is a freaking bit***, I didn’t see the sign that says do not try shoes, and I was trying the shoes on my little one, and from far away she yell at me like I’m an animal, so I told her in another word you are telling me to buy they shoes, try them outside to see if they fit her and then return them, her answer was yes. Well no bit**** I not spending money on, without checking if the shoes fit. I think her name is Genesis.

if I can give this store no stars I would! The line is WAY too long . The mangers are always too busy in the back and give attitudes ! Always yell at the cashiers HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. the only good thing is the clothes that alone but prices a bit too much .

Wanna get ripped of and unprofessionalism this is your place. Waited on a long line because the one cashier was too busy having convo with a customer and going through the cutomer' s phone to get a coupon. Then a woman cuts the line in front of me because she made the line before and got off the line to continue shopping and that's okay according to the cashier. Then I get charged regular price for something that was on sale. When I mention it, the cashier tells me that's online price only. Don't waste your time and money in this dump.

I have never been to this location and waited in line to check out for LESS THAN 25 min. There is never more than one very slooooow cashier working and it’s always busy. I don’t understand why they can’t figure it out and either train their people better or hire more cashiers. Worst location ever.

I love the quality of the clothing in this store. However if your planning to go in and out of store let me stop you right there. This store is a mess, and expected bbn to be on line for at least one hour whether your. Using one item or 6. I DONT KNOW IF ITS THE CASH REGISTERS...OR THE CASHIERS but they are the slowest childrens placebive ever been to. Just plan. Ad..horrible customer service, and horrible store....

Store looked like a flea market. Hardly any big boys clothes. Everything on clearance. No one to ask for help and a line to the back of the store. Left purchasing nothing. I'd rather go online.

I cannot believe that there was a line to check out and only one register open. 2 employees working the floor just staring at the line. To make matters worse one of them (she looked like the manager because the other employees were very young) walked outside to take a phone call and smoke a cigarette. Great customer service you guys have.
