Customer service is going downhill. The employees are rude and have serious attitudes. I don’t know what happened to this store, everyone who used to work there was nice and made it an enjoyable shopping experience. Not stepping foot in this store again.

We visitied the Nordstrom Rack in Edmonton, NJ. Met some if the nicest, charming and comfortable people ever to grace the several Nordstrom Rack locations that i have visited. First there was Artemis. Truly helpful, insightful and a no nonsense, mature and respectful appeal. She asvised me on a matter of product and it proved to be percise. Then there was another associate whise name fails me, but she was most gracious and loving and connected me to a manger named Erin. And, there is where things blended inyo a wonderful and memorable shopping experience, coupled with a genuine warm atmosphere of people coming together as one, discussing merchandise, human behavior, the state of the world and just how much I loved the gift of their time, assistance with a damaged product and our lovely interactions 🌺 I was treated like a valued customer and each employee is deserving of all due consideration and more... Erin sets a fine example of professionalism for her staff to mirror. Not too mention the gifts that they already have handy and deliver! Thank you ladies ❤️. The Khiel's Moisturizer, minus the eye cream stands as a reminder of just how beautiful we all are. And the wonderful and meaningful time we spent together on the selling floor. Nordstrom Rack offers great sales for great merchandise. However, (Eatontown)their in-store customer service is awful. Theres always a horrific line at check out. Instead of trying to get the customers out of the store, the staff all either pretend to do something else, or congregate at the return desk, leaving customers standing in line for at least 30-45 minutes, instead of helping at checkout. That should be the goal. To help customers leave the store expeditiously after shopping. It's really a poorly managed store. Not a good experience ever!
