I have played Martin Downs for three years and found it to be a hidden jem. The course continues to excel expectations when it comes to management and ground upgrades. The clubhouse does a good job of costomer service. I look forward to a long term relationship as a member at Martin Downs Country Club.

Course is getting better but greens are dry and hard they need aeration to soften them to stop balls from bouncing off after good shots

Played here years ago and right before the recent buy out. Was wonderful and keeps getting worse to be honest. New ownership clearly doesn’t care about improving the course conditions. Fair value for 40$ but not well kept

Good golf course to go out and smack a few around. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Golf course isn't in the greatest condition but at least the greens are cheap. Also no driving range so prepare to warm up during the first few holes. Ownership just changed so hopefully that comes along with some MUCH needed updates.

The pics best represent our course rating. The place is no where near the typical standards for a golf course. The place is in terrible shape no GPS , the cards have no layout on it so you need to just find your way. no pencils , bring your own trap rake. If you want to just hit a ball. This is the course for you. Remember there are another 40 Cordes within 10 miles.

Nice course but downsides are good looking but hard/not enough sand in bunkers, no course map on score card or cart although it's easy to find your way from hole to hole, and they have a big sign when you head out on the course saying all carts must be in by 6:30 which is ridiculous since it's an hour before sunset and 1.5 hours before dark. Had a tee time at 3:30 and didn't get to finish. We stayed out later than 6:30 since no one came to tell us to come in but didn't finish since we were worried they would charge us for being late. Without the map it makes it harder to stop in the middle of the round to get back to the clubhouse by 6:30. Definitely won't be back unless I get a great deal for earlier in the day.
