I ordered a treadmill online and picked it up at the sawgrass location. Their employees were amazing and very helpful, specially Zack, Copen, Widlie and the manager. They brought my treadmill to curbise spot and put it in my truck.

Enter to the Sawgrass mill store. You should almost beg for they to find a shoe. Just requested two employees assistance and literally interrupted me because one of the employees wanted to chill out with his team mates. Never comeback to this store there are other nearby that bring a better service. It is ridiculous

Amazing customer service!!! After buying several items I ended up forgetting 2 items at the register. When I found out, 4 days later, I called the shop. Tabitha (I hope I spelled your name correctly) took my call, found the items and when I told that her shop was not the closest to my house, she offered to ship the items to me. I am amazed by the service and happy that I chose to buy with them and not online.

Really bad customer service skills. I bought a weight set from them. I called before and after buying it to make sure it was available and they told they had it in stock. I bought it and told them to hold 2 days until I was able to get it. I work in a hospital and we are extremely busy at this time. I live on the other side of the state. Two days I traveled two and half hour to this store to get the weight set. When I arrived the staff simply said oh I'm sorry we don't have the item in stock it was a mistake. They never notified me they didn't had it. They made me waste my time, gas, money for nothing. The only thing they offered was 10% percent off for next time they had this item. These doesn't make any justice at all. Not to mention the online customer service was worst. They didn't make up for this as well. 10% off doesn't do justice for someone who is at the front line now and travels over 2 hours to get a dawn weight set, who made sure they had it in stock at the time but they sold it to somebody else instead and didn't care about it. Neither the store nor online service make up for this. This company lacks customer service ethics.
