When u go here they never have any sneakers u want. Size the 1 u would like. And the staff here have no knowledge of anything. How can u make any money when u have absolutely nothing to offer??? Guy with glasses 👓 here is dumb said there r no brooks around lol how is it I bought I pair a week ago. Says no 1 has them. I just walked out. There r better places to go than here.

They sell you used socks that have been laundered. I got home. Looked in my bag and saw socks that were folded the same way I have them in my drawer. No price tag. No label. Nothing. Just washed in laundry detergent. And people say this is a reputable store ? I brought all $300.00 worth of goods back and wasted 1.5 hr of my day with this nonsense. Then to top it off. They have this young skinny kid with an attitude towards me who needs a lot of growing up to do. Never again !

helpful sales, no help with support i bought an expensive pair of sneakers advised by my orthopod. john was super helful. but a week later, i had had serious problems with them and went back for advice/guidance or some sort of help with them. john was like a different guy. stone faced, not helpful at all. my wife and i walked out after realizing that they didn't care about after-sales support. too bad
