I've been going to this gas station for over 3 years and never had an issue until I did.
Pump acts up and charged me for middle grade instead of regular. $80+ later I was wondering what was going on as my tank wasn't even full. Confirmed on receipt it charged me wrong amount.
I have gone in multiple days at various times to try and speak with the owner as I am told by employees that only the owner can help me. Fourth day in a row I go in and still nothing.
Nobody is going to willing pump the wrong grade of gas into their car especially at the prices that they're at. I've left my information with two separate employees. Haven't heard anything back. Since he is owner of multiple gas station, his customers are clearly irrelevant to him. Make sure you're checking your receipt before you leave!
Horrible customer service.
Owner doesn't like to take responsibility for anything. As previously mentioned, been going there for yrs, not my first time pumping gas, and definitely not going to willing pay for more expensive gas. But he wants to respond with the most absurd response. Good to know that in the future if there is another problem, I'd be wasting my time trying to reach him. ~Nichelle
