The old Caucasian lady there has issues.. i nearly ran out of gas waiting on her to make herself coffee. She told another customer i was only there to buy tobacco, which i wasn't at all and said i should wait.. she have problems getting it right.. i have too many problems unlisted with her and i avoid this store because of her

The Haitian guy that works there has no manners and is disrespectful as hell. Said there was no money on my card, snatched the stuff back with an attitude then told me to just take it. I checked my card and was charged for the stuff so not sure what the hell he was saying about no money on my card. Y’all gotta do better... I have yet to meet anyone with manners at that store. If you hire people in a customer service position make sure they have good customer service!

The white guy that works there with tattoos is nothing but a racist my father had a flat tire and had left his phone at home he asked to use the store phone but he was not going to give him the store phone to use. My father then asked if he can use his cell phone to just call his son to help him with his tire he refused to and at that point I asked him to leave the store my father said it’s very hot outside -he said he did not care and then proceeded to call the police on my father when the police did arrived other customers had witnessed The racism that was going on the police woman that arrived was upset at the employee who wasted her time calling the police for no good reason. This man should be fired from his job who has no good customer service skills whatsoever and this is not 7-11 protocol.

Horrible customer service from cashier, a White male. He had a major attitude and was not helpful or friendly. Seems like there was racial profiling involved with my transaction at this store. Also, the prices need to be adjusted. They need to realize that they are surrounded by too many other establishments to be so outrageous with their prices and their attitudes. Humble yourselves, employees!! My experience at WAWA was MUCH BETTER.

Went into the store several times, only when the red head with tattoos is there who drives a purple car. He do not know how to cash in a lotto ticket or never has the cash. He is always outside smoking worse customer service ever even for a 7 11. I ask for the manager number, he said not allow to give. I asked for his name he refuse. He told me to go to Publix. Thank God WAWA is there now they know how to treat people this 7 11 will lose a lot of customers with this employee as their prize store Representative for their store, he sucks.

I stopped by to check my lottery tickets and purchase some new ones. I have tried (and failed) repeatedly to get the white guy with the beard and the tattoos to drop his horrible attitude and, at the very least, exchange pleasantries! Today he was absolutely OUT OF CONTROL!! I had a question about how to play the lottery and not only did he tell me he had no idea (aren't they TRAINED in Customer Service???!!!) and that HE didn't gamble (he said this twice to me and once to another customer!), that gambling wrecks people's lives and that I shouldn't gamble either. While I was there he said the "F" word more times then I care to count, told every person who asked that he was having a bad "f-ing" day and also said at least twice that he hated this "f-ing" job. He also stated that the employee who was supposed to be relieving him was late and that the transmission of his purple convertible was shot and it will take him months to get the money to fix it. I'm quick to compliment and slow to complain BUT I'm not having a good day either and I haven't cursed at or been rude to one single person... and I'm not even getting paid to dig deep and be pleasant when all I want to do is cry (or in this case be rude and nasty and curse right back at him!!!!!!). I've been going to this 7-11 for 18 years but I won't EVER be going there again! I'm so glad that WAWA is right across the street!! As other reviewers have stated, there is NO comparison in customer service. If WAWA can find a dozen pleasant people to work every shift around the clock you'd think that 7-11 would be able to find one per shift to work theirs!!!

Just left this 7-11. I am a ongoing customer because I live in the neighborhood and have never experience bad customer service as I did with the cashier working today. Just in case the manager/owner reading this post. It was after 5pm est. I asked the cashier was there anyone to help me with getting ice bags because it's so far into the freezer, she rudely told me no and I must just go get it myself. I was shocked because I didn't speak to her in a rude manner so why is she reacting rudely to me. I asked her what's the store number and manager's name as well as her name. The cashier refused to provide the information. I've never felt so disrespected before. I will be contacting the store until I speak to the manager.

Redhead cashier with the tattoos refused to let me buy lottery. Then dismissed me to serve the next person in line. The machine was working fine as shortly after she got lotto for an elderly woman. I am very disappointed the service and this lady needs to be fired. They have lost me as a customer.
