I purchased some shoes and did not realize until I got back to the my hotel that I got two right footed shoes. We were leaving Florida the next day and was very short on time, I phoned the store and the assistant manager who’s name is Maikel Delgado, bought the shoe to my hotel which was quite a way from the store, and he dropped it off after work. This kind of service goes above and beyond what was expected of him and I was extremely grateful. What great customer service. ~penny

I ordered a treadmill online and picked it up at the sawgrass location. Their employees were amazing and very helpful, specially Zack, Copen, Widlie and the manager. They brought my treadmill to curbise spot and put it in my truck. ~Mariana

Why is there Amazon? Why is Amazon so successful? Because employees of this company destroy everything. They're lazy, they're stupid, and they'd rather talk than sell me a coffee maker. I was in this store for 17 minutes and spoke to four salespeople. Nobody served me, nobody told me if there were coffee machines and nobody wanted to sell anything. They were talking, they were on the phone, or they ran away. Dear Brandmart owner.... kick the lazy people out of your store. You will notice it in the sales. He will rise again. ~Fränkie

This is the most affordable clothing/department store in the United States. The store was pretty organized and clean. We saw the employees restocking the merchandise during our visit. Also there were a lot of people in the store and we went on a Monday. The store is divided by: Men's, women's, children's, home section, shoes, etc. They have a great variety of Disney products for economic prices. I liked that the Men's department was pretty big compared to other stores. However the clothes run small. On the other hand my wife barely find shoes in her size. We've been to the one in Chicago and it was a bigger store. I believe that the store should expand more to the center and west states. The overall experience was great and the employees were doing their job. ~Steven

Ordered a peacock suit, wore it once and the entire bathing suit fell apart, the gens fell, the glue did not stick, etc. I tried contacting the company 4 times via email and phone calls and no response. Terrible customer service and product. ~Monique
