I bought a refrigerator, a stove and a washer and dryer. They were delivered separately. Upon delivery of the Refrigerator, the doors (its french door) were not level. The delivery guys put something (I think it was a washer) under it and it as fine. Two days later it fell back down. I called the Brandsmart salesperson who sold me the items and he said to tell the delivery to fix it when they come to deliver the washer and stove. When I asked they guys upon delivery of my washer, they said that they cannot touch the refrigerator for insurance purpose. The installed the washer next to the dryer (which was delivered with the refrigerator) and it was not level as the dryer was higher on one side. Again, they said they cannot touch the dryer since they didn't deliver it. I have called Brandsmart numerous times and is given numerous reasons for why they can't fix either the refrigerator or the washer and dryer. I went into the store and spoke to the appliance manager, Carlton, who said a salesperson will come out to fix it for me. When no one showed up, I called and was told that there was no order. I tried calling Carlton again and was told he is out sick for a while. The sales rep. told me that the Manager (who will not come on the phone) say that since its now beyond 30 days, they will have to charge me. I will never shop her again. I spend several thousand of dollars on top of the line appliances and this is the treatment I get.

The most unhelpful and lazy staff members at the checkout. Items wrongly priced on the shelf and the staff member made us feel like we were in the wrong because we questioned the price. Would not return to this store. (Note: to be fair, other staff members at store asked if we needed assistance as we browsed. So not all bad)

Made one purchase here. Next day a fraudulent "internet charge" also showed up on my account. I have never purchased ANYTHING online on this card and it never left my possession. Watch out for theiving employees.

They have a lot of electronics of every type... TV, audio, car, appliances, etc. Really good prices. The thing I didn't care for is I felt the salespeople were on top of me the whole time. I know they work commissions but relax a bit. Worth it for the prices I guess. Give it a try!

Just left the 12801 W Sunrise Blvd, Sunrise, FL 33323 store with the worst customer experience, the pick up service desk was the worst. I went there and the lady was not helpful at all. I arrived Friday at 7:30 PM to pickup a Xbox that I purchase online, arrived to the service desk and she did not even acknowledge me, she said nothing and went to the computer for 10 minutes staring at her monitor and said nothing!! what kind of customer service does not talk to the customer after 5 minutes??? Also, she brought someone else to help her, and left without saying a word to me. Both arrived and none of them greet or say something. I told them that I went to pick the Xbox she asked me to wait and said something like “don’t you see that the system is not working???“. I didn’t know the system was down because she didn’t said it, I thought she was ignoring me. After more 5 minutes of turning on and off computers without saying anything, she asks rudely for mi ID and to confirm my credit card numbers and she says “we don’t have the additional remote control of the Xbox in stock, you need to find a manager to give you the return” and she just points the other side of the store, doing nothing else to help, and he we had to walk trying to find this manager that was supposed to help us. We asked a sales person for the manager and wait close to the beds and no one showed up. The sales person came back to help us and told us the manager is on customer service and we are walking walking, we came back to the service desk and guess what?? she was there, no manager, and she -again rudely- told us that we had to go to the other door, and I was exhausted of this situation and I said that we are going to wait there. Instantly she gave us the paper that we had to walk FOR NOTHING what a waste of time, please get someone on the customer service that really give AT LEAST a FAIR customer service experience. I can assure you this this is not the first and last time she will continue treating customers like this.

I purchased a refrigerator. The salesman was friendly, funny and helpful. I was greeted by 2 people who directed me to right location in the store. The store was clean. There was only one person in front of me at the cash register. I was able to park close to the entrance. It was a good shopping experience. I recommend BrandsMart.

So i purchased an apple watch 2 years ago and the salesperson talked me into buying a 2 year extended warranty for my watch through them and not Apple! Reason being ooo if something happens to your watch bring it back here and well replace for free in the store! Lie number one! Oo the extended warranty starts the day the Apple warranty expires lie number 2! I dont appreciate the lies i ask these questiins for a reason since im legally blind and deaf i rely on my watch to help me hear and see things i cant normally see on my phone! So needed to warranty my watch today and was told it expired last month because your warranty started on the day you bought your watch! I will never and i mean never buy another product from this company nor will i recommend it to anyone!! So to the salesperson who lied to me but you Padded your pocket with the commission you made off of me with your lies! Id say i hope you can look at yourself in the mirror but apparently you can! You lost a loyal customer to your salespersons lies! Thanks now i have to see what i can do to remedy my watch issue so im able to use my phone

The place is okay, but it always seems like items are marked with the wrong sale price. Was going to buy clippers there. Sale price was $19.99. Went to cash register and price jumped to $24. Informed cashier and she just pushed me off. I told her that I didn't want it anymore. This was not the first time. I have had happen before. Moral of the story, make sure you watch when cashier rings up items.

Why is there Amazon? Why is Amazon so successful? Because employees of this company destroy everything. They're lazy, they're stupid, and they'd rather talk than sell me a coffee maker. I was in this store for 17 minutes and spoke to four salespeople. Nobody served me, nobody told me if there were coffee machines and nobody wanted to sell anything. They were talking, they were on the phone, or they ran away. Dear Brandmart owner.... kick the lazy people out of your store. You will notice it in the sales. He will rise again.
