Very nice place to shop. All the employees are very nice and know the store well. My favorite is haylie. Always very happy to help out finding the right items. Always shop here and would strongly recommend anyone shopping here.

Adorable boutique with frequent new arrivals. They have something for everyone, and their styles are fun and exciting. Their prices are a bit all over the place, but they always have great clearance items. The staff hasn't seemed too interested in assisting with finding products, but they are busy most of the time.

Me and my friend had just gotten off work and wanted to do a little shopping. Yes we were in jeans and a t shirt and we were both looking to spend a couple hundred dollars in there! No one greeted us and we walked around and even walked up to and past the workers and no one acknowledged us. It took us going up to the girl at the fitting room and asking for some help as well as to try on some stuff. She looked us up and down then proceeded to give us dressing rooms. My friend and i didn’t feel welcome at all. We felt as if we weren’t good enough to shop in the boutique. Bottom line yes we didn’t look the best but just because we didn’t dress fancy doesn’t mean we aren’t as generous as the people around Perkins. Will never come back.

Run away from this place!! Buyer beware, this place has horrible customer service. I bought new shoes for the wife 9 days ago they did not fit, never worn tried to change out for right size with box and receipt the lid to the box was missing and the manager a white lady withe dark-hair refused to refund or let me change them for the correct size. What am I supposed to do with 70$ shoes that don't fit???? She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wonder if it because we are of ethnic background. I am out of $70 and they lost a future customer for no reason. Just horrible!!

I walked into the store today to look around and perhaps purchase clothing if something caught my interest. I walked in and no one greeted me by the way I'm black. A few minutes later a few other caucasians walked in they were quickly greeted. I was very distraught . This is poor customer service. I addressed the issue. I hope this never happens again at a place where some blacks spends their money.

Bad customer service. Wasn’t greeted upon arrival or asked if I needed help with anything. I would not spend my money here. Also there were no XL’s in an item I was looking for. Not very accommodating.

The retail people who work here are not cognizant or cordial. Their help was slow-paced and disinterested. I asked questions and was not acknowledged. In addition, pieces are low quality, unappealing and unoriginal. I will be going elsewhere.
